The recall involves four sizes of pre-lit Palm trees. There is a 7-foot Lighted Palm and a 7-foot Lighted Palm Tree with Coconuts, a 5-foot Lighted Palm Tree with Coconuts, a 4.5-foot Lighted Palm Tree, and a 2.5-foot Lighted Palm Tree. These palm trees are lit by rope lights. The tree trunks have golden-colored rope wrapped in a spiral. The palm leaves are lined along the edge with green rope lights. Read more.

The recalled Coby boombox is a portable CD/MP3 player with an AM/FM radio. The USB feature allows it to be connected to a computer. The boombox is primarily white with silver-colored speakers. The recall involves all 2004 and 2005 model year Fall Arrest Systems (FAS), or harnesses with "Model Year 2004" or "Model Year 2005" printed on a white Hunter's View label attached to the harness or the tree strap. The drop-in floor boxes are used to provide an extra electrical outlet in the floor. They were sold under the Carlon® brand name and have a brass finish cover approximately 3 1/2 inches in diameter. The recalled gel candles came in the Tequila Rose Strawberry Cream set, a Valentine's Day gift set. The candle has pink gel and is contained in a martini glass. The words "Tequila Rose" and "Made in China" are printed on the glass. The gift set also includes a 750 milliliters bottle of Tequila Rose Strawberry Cream liqueur. Read more.

The recall involves footed pajamas made of 100 percent cotton. The sleepwear was sold in two styles including green with blue sleeves which has a caterpillar design on the front, and yellow with orange sleeves which has a duck design and "Quack! Quack!" printed on the front and duck beaks on the feet. "Baby Einstein" is printed on the back of the sleepwear. "Disney Store" is printed on a tag inside the pajamas. Only sleepwear in sizes 12 months and 18 months is included in this recall. Sleepwear sold in sizes 3, 6 and 9 months is not included in this recall. Read more.

The recalled necklaces have sports-themed pendants including blue or green basketballs, yellow stars, "01," and "Perfect 10." The pendants hang from a black cord. The recalled tilt-mount brackets for flat panel televisions are sold under Circuit City's private label, "Verge." The two model numbers involved in this recall are VPSW103M and VPSW103M2. The recalled involves two separate wooden-knobbed puzzles that make sounds. "Sounds on the Farm" and "Sounds on the Go" puzzles were sold under the Puzzibilities and Ryan's Room brands. The wooden puzzles have four pieces in farm animal or vehicle shapes that make animal or motor sounds when the pieces are lifted by their knobs from the puzzle boards. "Sounds on the Farm" or "Sounds on the Go" is printed on the top left of the puzzle boards. "©2003 Small World Toys®" and the number 24101 or 24102 are printed at the bottom of the puzzles boards. The recall includes NTI Trinity gas-fired hot water boilers with model numbers Ti100, Ti150, Ti200 and Ti400. The boilers were manufactured between November 28, 2005 and January 8, 2007. The Ti100, Ti150 and Ti200 are wall-mounted units, and the Ti400 rests on the floor. The boilers are gray in color and "NTI" appears on the front cover. The recall involves Little Tree wooden activity cart toys. This is a multi-colored cart with an orange seat and a wooden tray. This recall involves three styles of metal key chains including a flip flop design, dangling charms and a letter. The flip flop charms were sold in purple, yellow and aqua blue and have a flower at the top. Charms on the dangling-style key chain include a cross, flower, shamrock, and a heart that hangs from a short silver chain.
