This recall involves CocoaVia brand brown frothers used to froth beverages, including coffee and milk. The spring on the end of the wand spins to froth the drink. The frothers were distributed free at promotional events. The frothers are brown, "CocoaVia" is printed on the side in white lettering and they measure about eight inches long. This recall only involves CocoaVia brand frothers that are brown in color. Read more.

Lawn Mowers and Leaf Blowers and Lawn Vacuums, Riding Lawn Mowers, Yard and Garden

The 2015 Quest riding mowers are red black, and gray. "Exmark" is printed on the sides and in front of the operator seat. "Quest" is printed on the front of the riding mowers. The model number and serial number are located on a decal affixed to the frame, under the seat. The recalled mode number is QTS452CEM34200. Quest mower has serial numbers ranging from 315606482 to 315628458. Read more.

This recall involves hobbled-style, motorized or manual, custom-made Roman shades. They were made out of fabric mounted on a metal frame, manufactured between December 17, 2009 and July 23, 2015. Each shade has two to six vertical mesh lift bands that are 8 inches wide, secured by lift band clamps at the bottom of the shade, and a 1-inch wide vertical hobble tape running the length of the shade. Lutron Electronics Inc. and the manufacture date appear on a white label on the shade tube at the top of the shade; which can be located when the shade is fully extended. This recall involves ear plug jewelry that is designed to be inserted into a pierced ear lobe and used to stretch the piercing in the ear lobe. The ear plug jewelry contains a coin-cell battery that lights up a decorative pattern. The ear plugs have a diamond logo on the front and come in the colors black/white and black/red. This recall involves Bostitch® brand electric pencil sharpeners Quietsharp Glow™ Classroom and Super Pro™ Commercial electric pencil sharpeners. The sharpeners have a silver body, six pencil sharpener openings on the black front dial and a removable pencil shaving tray on the front. "Bostitch" is embossed on the side. The Quietsharp Glow Classroom sharpener has model number EPS11HC and date codes between 4714 and 3215. The Super Pro Glow Commercial has model number EPS14HC and date codes between 1612 and 2715. The model number is printed on a sticker on the bottom of the sharpeners. The date code range is a two digit production week and a two digit production year (WWYY). The date code is visible inside the unit when the pencil shavings tray is removed. Quietsharp Glow and Super Pro are printed on the pencil sharpeners' packaging. Read more.

This recall involves 12 models of Ninja professional blenders with model numbers that start with BL 660, BL 663 or BL 665. The model number is in the rating label that is molded into the bottom of the motor base. The 12 affected model numbers are: BL 660's: BL660, BL660B, BL660C, BL660QCN, BL660QPL, BL660W, BL660WM BL 663's: BL663, BL663CO BL 665's: BL665QBK, BL665QCN, and BL665QWH All of these models have a clear 72-ounce pitcher with a removable gray or black lid that opens and locks closed, a stacked blade assembly, and one or more Nutri Ninja cups. All recalled models have a motor base that is gray, white, black, cinnamon, or platinum. The power of the models' motors varies from 1,000 to 1,200 watts. The model number is located on the starter cover at the rear of the engine. The engine size is about 28 cc. The products are gray and orange with "STIHL" on the engine cover. This recall involves ceramic wax warmer sets that include four vanilla-scented wax cubes for melting and a teacup-shaped ceramic warmer with an opening to insert a tea light candle. Candles are not sold as part of set. The ceramic warmers were colored cream with gold trim, and green with gold trim. Read more.

This recall involves two styles of Richie House boys' hooded jackets. The striped red and purple jacket comes with a drawstring in the hood, and has a crest-shaped emblem sewn onto the front of it. It was sold in sizes: 4-7 and 9-10. The model number is RH1045C. The polyester and cotton padded jackets were sold in brown, dark green and red, and have a white drawstring located at the bottom. The jackets have a round emblem sewn onto the front and were sold in sizes 2T-5. The model number is RH1332-B or RH1332-C and is printed on the care label. "Richie House" is also printed on a label sewn into the neck of the coat. Read more.

This recall involves two pendant lamp light fixtures. The fixtures have a round base suspended mount, a central bowl-shaped glass shade, and a lower 39-inch disc-shaped glass shade. The fixture is supported by either a single stem or three metal cables. The fixtures have a round matte-white pendant mount and model number M3748 printed on a label affixed to the mount. The central bowl and lower disc-shaped glass shades come in white or red. A special order fixture, with model number SPM3748, was sold with a round matte white mount and a 46-inch disc-shaped tempered glass shade. Some of the straws have a plastic mold in the shape of fangs, lips, a mustache or a zipper affixed to the top. The tumblers are branded “Bueno by Contigo” on the retail packaging and “Bueno” on the lid of the cup. All cups have the number “036201” engraved on the bottom. The front panel and two side panels of the wrapper have a picture of a chimpanzee wearing a space suit and the words "Space Monkey," "Warning," "Shoots Flaming Balls" and "Carefully read other cautions on the back panel." The back panel of the wrapper has the words "Warning" and "Shoots Flaming Balls" and a list of additional warnings. Recalled fireworks have product code FOA 2936 printed on the back panel in the lower right hand corner.
