The recalled KVIBY Chest is white with 4 drawers and 6 glass knobs. The recall includes chests with article number 201-080-90 and a date stamp of 0817 (first two digits indicate the year; the second two digits indicate the week) or earlier. The article number and date stamp are located on a label attached to the underside of the chest. KVIBY chests with a date stamp of 0818 and later have improved replacement knobs and screws and are not included in the recall. Read more.

The recalled toasters have a chrome steel body, a black plastic base and controls with either two or four openings in the top. The GE logo is located on the front of the toasters just above the controls. Model numbers 169115 and 169116 are included in this recall. The model number is printed on the bottom of the toasters. The recalled jacks are used for lifting the lawn mower during service or maintenance. Two versions of this jack model have been manufactured. The recalled model numbers include: 8620, 8745, 8748, 8755, 8756, 8778, 8810, and 8994. The recalled drop side cribs have a date code, which can be found on a label on the headboard under the mattress support, which ends in 05DH, 05GB, 06DH, 06GB, 07DH or 07GB (examples: 1806 DH or 0507 GB). The recalled model names include: Aspen and Crib N Changer Combo, Gabrielle, Camille, Providence and Shenandoah. Only the brand name “Simplicity” can be seen on the label on the headboard. The recall involves 2-Ft., three outlet power cords. The power cord is orange in color and packaged in a counterfeit yellow and green cardboard sleeve. Both soccer goals have a foldable white frame with a white net that is attached by Velcro strips. When upright, the MacGregor goal measures 6 feet wide by 3 feet high and the Mitre net measures 8 feet wide by 6 feet high. Each has a recalled net with squares measuring 5 inches on each side. The MacGregor soccer goal has model number 97236 printed on the assembly instructions and UPC code number 029807972365 printed on the net’s packaging. The Mitre soccer goal has model number 89186 printed on the assembly instructions and UPC code number 029807891864 printed on the net’s packaging. This recall involves the DE and PSC II Gas Fired Cast Iron Boilers with the Endura Plastics Model ES2035 pressure switch used for home heating and domestic hot water heating. The boilers were available in either natural or LP gas. The boiler rating label is located on the top jacket panel on Series PSCII models and the left side jacket panel on the Series DE models. This recall involves the SlyDog™ Retractable Dog Leash with a metal clasp. The leash has a handle composed of a blue plastic case with a black plastic grip.
