Johnson Health Tech Recalls Matrix T1 and T3 Commercial Treadmills Due to Fire Hazard (Recall Alert)

This recall involves the Matrix Fitness T1X, T1xe, T3x and T3xh treadmills. The treadmill has a running platform that measures 60 inches long by 20 inches wide, a 33-inch-wide console and a straight power cord with no power cord bracket. Matrix is printed on the treadmill console masts. The model name and the serial number are located on the connecting bar at the bottom of the machine near the power socket. The serial number is comprised of the letters TM, a three-digit model number, the manufacture date in YY/MM format, followed by a five-digit serial. The recalled treadmills were manufactured from January 2009 through January 2018. This recall involves children's nightgowns. The long-sleeved nightgowns are made of 100% cotton and were sold in children's sizes 3-4T, 5-6, 6-7, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12 and 13-14. The nightgowns were manufactured in three different strawberry themed prints: White Allover Strawberry Print, Pink Allover Strawberry Print and Pink Strawberry Print. DeWALT Recalls 18-inch Corded Chain Saws Due to Injury Hazard

This recall involves the DeWALT DWCS600, Type 1 18-inch 15-amp corded chain saws. The chain saws are yellow with a black handle and motor cover. Only chain saws with date codes 2021 23-H5 to 2021 40-H5 are affected by this recall. The date code is stamped on the bottom of the chain saw, behind the chain/bar. Eguana Technologies Recalls Evolve Home Energy Storage Systems with LG Battery Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves the Eguana Technologies Evolve 0513U Home Energy Storage System. The Evolve system allows owners to capture and store energy from solar panels. Each Evolve system includes between two and six battery modules, and the modules are removable and replaceable by trained installers. The Evolve is a freestanding cabinet that measures nearly three feet high and four feet long. The Eguana logo is located on the left door towards the center. The serial number range of the systems containing recalled batteries is between ET-000200 and ET-000600. The serial number is located inside the cabinet toward the bottom left of the unit. This recall involves beach lounge chairs with a white metal frame and either red or blue woven plastic fabric. The lounge chairs have a hang tag intended to be removed after purchase stating "Outdoors by Design" on one side and "Distributed by Midwoods Brands LLC" on the other side, along with either SKU 3499631 or SKU 3401281 above the bar code. In addition, SKU 3499631 has a sewn-in label stating "Outdoors by Design" at the top and "Midwoods Brands LLC" near the bottom, and SKU 3401281 has a sewn-in label stating "WARNING" and "DO NOT REMOVE THIS TAG" near the top and "MADE IN CHINA" at the bottom. The robes have a sewn-in side seam belt, internal button closure and some have a hood with unicorn décor features such as a mane, ears and horn.
