Recalls: Cookware and Tableware

This recall involves four styles of "Cheeky" six-ounce ceramic teacups. The cups have floral motifs with gold painted accents and have four "cheeky" phrases, such as "booze" and "more whiskey please," painted on the inside or outside rim of the cup. "Dishwasher Safe," "Microwave Safe" and "Made in China" are printed on the bottom of the cup. Read more.

The recall includes the Tommy Bahama Hula Girl Shaker and Glass Sets sold with one glass 18-ounce shaker and two 8-ounce cocktail glasses. The glass shaker has a stainless steel top, a green palm tree decal and three decals of hula girls wearing red bikini top, green grass skirts and yellow and red leis around their necks. The two cocktail glasses have one dancing hula girl decal. The shaker sets were sold in a yellow and light brown box with a white label on the bottom of the package with the Tommy Bahama logo and product style code TH31993 printed above the UPC code. This recall involves Bristol Valley, model 8555SR, cocktail glasses with sheer rims. The glasses are made of clear, colorless glass in a 7.75-ounce cocktail design with a thin rim. The glasses measure about 6¼ inches high, 3¼ inches wide at the base, and 4¼ inches wide at the top. They were sold individually and in 24-piece cartons for commercial users. Read more.

This recall involves Chefmate 2-quart tea kettles sold with a black enamel finish and a solid black resin handle. The Chefmate logo is stamped on the bottom of the aluminum tea kettle. Read more.

This recall involves IKEA's LYDA jumbo coffee/tea cups. The 20-ounce cups are four inches tall and are white with a pink rose and green leaves. Printed on the bottom of the cup is the following information: Model number 302.033.7; Supplier number 10866; the IKEA logo; the words "IKEA of Sweden Design and Quality," and "Made in Thailand." The glass tea tumblers are double-walled beverage glasses. Most models have removable stainless steel tea infuser baskets, removable lids, and ornamental etchings on the inner wall. The tumblers were packaged in color-coordinated cylindrical packages with the SKU number and UPC code found on a sticker on the bottom of the package. Some of the models with a lid were sold as part of a tea gift set. Only one model was sold without a lid or tea infuser basket and was sold in a set of four glasses. This recall involves infant flatware from the Gingham Bunny Flatware Collection, sold three ways; as just the infant feeding spoon, in a fork and spoon set, and in a three-piece set including the infant feeding spoon with a bowl and bib. The flatware is silver-colored, nickel-plated and has a bunny with pink coloring on its ears at the end of the handle. Read more.

The recall involves Giada De Laurentiis-branded ceramic lasagna pans. The cream-colored pans are 9 by 13 inches in size and they were sold individually and as part of a six-piece set. The bottom of the pan is stamped "Giada de Laurentiis for Target." Read more.

The recalled product is an orange ceramic mug about 4.5 inches tall with a large vertical cup handle on the side. The mug has the words "The Home Depot," "Homer's All-purpose Bucket" and a cartoon character with a utility bucket on the front. A silver-colored simulated bucket handle is just below the rim. The date "2012" and the words "© Mr. Christmas" and "Made in China" are on the underside of the mug. Read more.
