This recall involves Hewlett-Packard's LS-15 AC power cord. The power cords were distributed with HP and Compaq notebook and mini notebook computers and with AC adapter-powered accessories such as docking stations. The power cords are black in color and have an "LS-15" molded mark on the AC adapter end of the power cord. Read more.
This recall involves Vizio E-series 39- and 42-inch Full-Array LED flat panel televisions. The flat panel televisions are black with "VIZIO" printed in the lower right corner of the television front and the VIZIO logo in the center of the back. This recall involves Popkiller mini USB car charger power adapters, universal USB power adapters and 8-pin USB data sync charging cables. The car charger has model number HHT-001 located on the flat side of the charger below the USB port. The charger measures 2 inches tall and 1 inch in diameter at its widest point. The Universal USB Power adapter has model number A1265 printed directly above the plug blades on the grey surface. The adapter measures 1.5 inches at its longest point and 1 inch wide. There is no model number printed on the 8-pin USB charging cables. All of the recalled products are sold separately and come in the colors red, orange, green, blue, purple and pink. Read more.
The recalled adaptor/chargers are used to charge cell phones and other electronic products and have model number ADCP3-1000 imprinted on the plug side of the adaptor. They are plastic cubes about 1" to 1 ¼" on one side with two prongs for plugging into an electrical outlet and a USB port on the other. This recall involves seven models of charging kits with universal serial bus (USB) connectors that are used to recharge Apple iPhone, iPad and iPod devices. The recalled kits were sold under the Ban.do, Jonathan Adler and Lilly Pulitzer brand names and contained a wall charger, a 12 to 24-volt car charger, a 30-pin USB cord and a Lightning port adapter. The wall chargers are plastic cubes about 1 ¼ inches long, 1 inch wide and ½ inch tall with two metal prongs for plugging into an electrical outlet on one end and a USB port on the opposite end. Ban.do wall chargers came in the colors yellow and black and white stripe. Jonathan Adler wall chargers came in multicolor and blue and white patterns. Lilly Pulitzer wall chargers came in multicolor floral patterns. This recall includes Sony's VAIO Flip PC laptops with model number (product name) SVF11N13CXS. The computers were sold in three colors silver, black and pink. They have a Panasonic-manufactured lithium-ion battery and a folding touch screen that measures about 11.6 inches diagonally and a backlit keyboard. The VAIO logo is etched on the outer top of the computer, near the hinge. The model and serial numbers are printed on a black label with white lettering on the underside of the screen. To locate the label, consumers should open the computer, move the switch from the lock to the release position and flip the display. Read more.
The recalled Linear PERS transmitters are components of Linear PERS or personal emergency solutions products and allow users to push a button on the transmitter to summon assistance. The transmitter may be worn as a pendant on a lanyard around the user's neck, on a band around the user's wrist or as a belt clip. The recall includes model numbers DXS-62A (black wristband and a gray pendant), DXS-62A1 (ivory plastic belt clip pendant) and DXS-64 (gray plastic pendant with a green circle in the center) which all have batteries that are sealed into the products. The manufactured date range of the recalled products is from June 2008 through April 2011 written as a date code. For example the date code MD1105 represents YYMM format or a manufacture date of May 2011. The date code, model number, Linear LLC and other information are found on the back of the transmitter. The recall includes the Travel Charger kit sold separately for the Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet, also called the AC-300 charger accessory kit. The kit includes four different plugs for use in electrical outlets in the U.S., U.K., EU and Australia. The black plastic chargers measure about 2.75 inches high by 2.3 inches wide. U.S. chargers that were sold with the Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet are not included in the recall. Read more.
This recall involves all Wiremold and Plugmold under-cabinet power and lighting strips with part number PX1001. The recalled power strips have four outlets and one fluorescent light and were manufactured from January 2011 through December 2013. From January 2011 through June 2012, the power strip came in a red package with the words "Legrand" and "Under Cabinet Power and Lighting" on the top front and "Wiremold-Series Part PX1001" on the bottom front. From July 2012 to April 2013, the power strip came in a white package with the word "Legrand" on the top front and "Plugmold Power Light," "Under-Cabinet Power and Lighting" and "PX1001" on the bottom front. The manufacture date code is on the bottom of the recalled power strip in a circle with the year shown as "11," "12" or "13" in the center and an arrow pointing to the number representing the month. Part number PX1001, and UPC number 0 86698 00125 3, are imprinted on the bottom of the power strip. Read more.
This recall involves Vibe USB mobile power bars also known as portable USB power supply or portable chargers. The power bars were sold in black, white, blue, green, pink and purple. The rectangular-shaped power bars measure one square inch by three inches long and have a cord with key ring attached at the end. "Power Bank" is embossed on the face of the device. "Vibe" and "Power Bar" are printed on the front of the black packaging along with an image of the device in one of the six colors.
