This recall involves Haier 42-inch LED TVs with model number LE42B1380. "Haier" is printed on the front of the TV and the model number is printed on a label on the back of the unit. Read more.
This recall involves four-outlet under-cabinet power and lighting strips model number PX1001. The power strips come in a red package with "Wiremold-Series Part PX1001" printed on the front. The manufactured dates of the recalled products are presented as product date codes January 2011 through June 2012, and are found imprinted on a circle on the bottom with an arrow pointing to the number of the month and the year "11" or "12" in the center. The model number PX1001, and UPC number 0 86698 00125 3, are imprinted on the bottom of the packaging. Power strips that have a star symbol printed in black ink on the packaging and on the back cover of the power strip are not included in this recall. Read more.
This recall involves certain EOS Rebel T4i digital SLR cameras with a 12-digit serial number that contain a sixth digit that is a "1." Serial numbers are printed on the bottom of the camera. The Canon logo and the model name are printed on the front of the camera. Read more.
This recall involves four designs of power strips. The vibrantly designed power strips come in four prints including, leopard, rose, skull and zebra. Model numbers 12256, 12257, 22563 and 22575 can be found on the six-outlet power strip. Read more.

This recall involves Nikon EN-EL 15 rechargeable lithium-ion battery packs with lot numbers E and F. The battery pack was sold with the Nikon digital SLR D800 and D7000 model cameras. The battery pack's model number "EN-EL15" and "7.0V 1900mAh 14Wh" are printed on the back of the battery pack. Only battery packs with an "E" or "F" in ninth character of the 14-digit lot number located on the back of the battery pack are included in this recall. Read more.
The recalled all-in-one desktop computers, or PCs, are flat-panel monitors with the PC integrated into the monitor housing itself. The power supplies are also inside the monitor or PC housing. The computer chassis has a matte black finish with the brand name "ThinkCentre" in the lower left hand corner of the monitor front. The recalled desktop model numbers, M90z and M70z, along with the serial number and manufacturing date code can be found on a label on the underside of the unit. Read more.
The charger holds two AA or AAA batteries, is silver colored and has a sticker on the top which says “Digital Concepts” and “Compact Travel Charger”. This recall involves item numbers CH-1600S and CH-1600-RS which are identified with the date code MID#: 0801110. Both numbers can be found on the white label on the underside of the charger. The power foundations are motorized bed frames, controlled by handheld remotes, which enable the head and/or the foot of the bed mattress to be moved up and down. These power foundations were offered in all bed sizes and they were sold with handheld remote controls. The recalled models are “Titanium,” “Gold” and “Signature” by Leggett & Platt and other brands names including Interflex, American Signature, Spring Air, Sealy and Simmons. Since power foundations look very similar, consumers should identify their products by looking at the remote controls. The remotes controls are either black or dark gray and feature multiple buttons and a label with one of these brand names: Adjustables by Leggett & Platt, Interflex, American Signature, Sealy, Simmons or Spring Air.
