July 19, 2006 Suunto Dive Computers Recalled Due to Decompression Hazard

The D9 and D6 diving instruments are advanced, gas-switching, multi-mode, decompression dive wristop computers. The products included are: the D9 model with serial numbers 62102582 and below; and the D6 model with serial numbers 62103693 and below. The serial number is located on the side of the product. June 7, 2006 Etón Portable Radios Recalled, Batteries Pose Fire Hazard

The E1XM-model AM/FM/SW/XM-ready radios that are included in the recall have serial numbers from 3,067 through 5,642. The serial number is listed underneath the flap on the back of the unit. The Etón logo is located on the bottom left-hand corner of the unit. The XM radio logo and "e1" are written in the upper right corner of the radio. The unit is silver, and measures about 13-inches wide by 7.5-inches high by 2.5-inches deep. Read more.

May 26, 2006 Yamaha In-Ceiling and In-Wall Speakers Recalled After Reports of Units Falling

The recalled models are the In-Ceiling Speaker, NS-IW360C, which is round; and the In-Wall Speaker, NS-IW660, which is rectangular. Both models have a white rim and grill, and black interior. April 26, 2006 Apollo Audio-Visual Carts Recalled Due to Risk of Equipment Falling On Consumers

Apollo® Item #VWBUL44 (Office Depot Model #177-446) is steel, has a pyramid design, has three shelves, stands 44 inches high and comes with a three-outlet electrical assembly, including a cord-winding bracket. The affected Model VWBUL44 Carts have a model number tag on the underside of the top shelf that reads: "SC: 18" and a date code "REF" date code of 07/26/05 or later. Read more.
