This recall involves Ortal's direct vent gas fireplaces installed by professionals, with model names Traditional 90 (TR90) and Traditional 110 (TR110) TR. The fireplaces have a black finish and run on natural gas and propane gas. Model TR90 measures about 43.5 inches wide, 37.5 inches high and 24.5 inches deep; and model TR110 measures about 48.5 inches wide, 37.5 inches high and 24.5 inches deep. This recall involves the GD3200-P flush glass front and GD3200B-P with a bay window, propane gas fireplaces. The fireplaces are black and approximately 33 inches tall and 31.25 inches wide with gold accent designs on the top and bottom of the outside of the product. There are 22 models sold under the brand names Kozy Heat Fireplaces, Ambiance Fireplaces and Stellar Hearth Products. They were manufactured between October 2009 and April 2013. Lennox model numbers include ELDV, LDV, MLBV-40, MLDVT, MPB, MPD, MPDP, RHAP54, and SYM. Superior model numbers include SDV, SLDVT and SLBV. Serial number have 10 digits starting with 6412D4, 6412E4, 6412F4, 6412G4, 6412H4, 6412D7, 6412E7, 6412F7, 6412G7 or 6412H7. Replacement gas burners also were sold separately under model number LSVFSD-NG. Burners included in this recall have serial numbers that begin with 6407, 6408, 6409 and 6410A through 6410G.
