December 9, 2020 Neptune Benson Recalls Delta Ultra-Violet Generators For Pools and Spas Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves Delta UV EA-4H-10 ultra-violet generators installed in swimming pools and swim spas to sanitize the water. The majority were installed in Endless Pools. The brand and model number can be identified from the manufacturing plate located on one end of the generator's steel tube. They are silver and black in color and measure 4 inches in diameter and 25 inches in length. Read more.


December 9, 2020 Spirit Halloween Recalls Children's Flashlights Due to Fire and Burn Hazards

This recall involves three children's flashlights that come with three or four interchangable light covers. The ZAG Miraculous flashlight is red with the Marinette and Ladybug characters, the Ghostbusters flashlight is green with the Ghostbusters logo, and the My Little Pony flashlight is light blue with colorful ponies. November 10, 2020 Ring Recalls Video Doorbells (2nd Generation) Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Generation), model number 5UM5E5 smart doorbell cameras. The video doorbells have a blue ring at the front and come in two colors: "satin nickel" (black and silver) and "venetian bronze" (black and bronze). They were sold with a mounting bracket and a USB charging cable. The two-way audio doorbell can be hardwired or battery-powered and supports night vision. The Ring logo is printed on the bottom front of the doorbell and the model and S/N are on a label on the back of the doorbell and the outer packaging. This recall involves Westinghouse Lighting's Great Falls 52" outdoor ceiling fans with four dark walnut blades, frosted amber glass and an LED lamp. The fan blades are 22 inches long and have an oil rubbed bronze finish. October 7, 2020 Harbor Breeze Kingsbury Ceiling Fans Recalled by HKC-US Due to Impact and Laceration Injury Hazards; Sold Exclusively at Lowe's Stores

This recall involves Harbor Breeze's Kingsbury indoor ceiling fans manufactured before December 2018. The bronze finish fans come with five reversible blades in a distressed mocha finish and have a 70-inch blade span. The fans also come with a frosted glass light and a remote control. September 16, 2020 MWE Investments Recalls Westinghouse Portable Generators Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves Westinghouse WGen5300DFv Dual Fuel Portable Generators and Westinghouse iGen4500DF Dual Fuel Inverter Portable Generators with manufacture dates from October 2019 through December 2019. The dual fuel generators can run on gasoline or propane. The WGen5300DFv has a bright blue and black metal exterior and has "Westinghouse" and "WGen5300DFv" printed in white lettering on the control panel on the side of the generator. The generator has a fold down handle and wheels for portability. The generator measures about 23.3 inches long by 20 inches wide inches by 19.29 inches tall without its wheel kit. It weighs about 129 pounds. The iGen4500DF has a bright blue plastic cover and has "Westinghouse iGen4500DF" printed in white lettering on both side panels. The generator measures about 29.7 inches long by 19.7 wide inches by 22 inches tall. It weighs about 105 pounds. This recall involves Bastian teak medicine cabinets with one, two or three doors and one mirror on each door. July 30, 2020 Miles Industries Recalls Gas Fireplaces Due to Burn and Laceration Hazards (Recall Alert)

This recall involves two models of Valor H5 propane gas fireplaces: Model 1150ILP with serial number ranging from 20001 through 20365 and model 1150JLP with serial number ranging from 20366 through 21502. The recalled fireplaces were sold in seven different trim and front options with a log set and a mesh barrier screen that was installed in front of the glass. The fireplaces are a fully enclosed rectangular sheet metal box with a glass front. The exhaust is vented to the outside through a ventilation duct. The model number and serial number are printed on a rating sheet behind the trim. Read more.
