The saw's housing is a blue-green color and "Makita" is printed on the dust cover. This recall involves Milwaukee-branded hand trucks with model numbers 40615 and 60610. The recalled nylon hand trucks have a one-piece, nylon-molded frame and measure 50 inches tall and 21 inches wide. Model 40615 has a black nylon body, a black foot rest and yellow handles. Model 60610 has a black nylon body, a red foot rest and red handles. The model number is located on the crossbar between the handles of the hand truck. Read more.

This recall involves 250-foot and 1,000-foot 12/2 metal clad aluminum armored cabling with date codes between August 2015 and November 2015. The cable is typically installed behind walls, connecting the circuit breaker panel to a 120-volt wall outlet or lighting switch. The date code is printed, in a MMMYY format (ex. Aug15), on the back side of the hang tag attached to the cabling at the time of purchase. Read more.
This recall involves All Power portable gasoline generators with model numbers APGG6000 and APGG7500. The black and red generators have a black fuel tank on top of the units. Model APGG6000 generators are rated at 6,000 watts and have UPC code 8 4676600055 3 and serial number JD29014S18035 through JD29014U020742. Model APGG7500 generators are rated at 7,500 watts and have UPC code 8 4676600056 0 and serial number JD42014S16027 through JD42014T210606. The model number is located on both sides of the unit. This recall involves the following Kohler portable generator models: PRO3.7, PRO3.7E, PRO5.2, PRO5.2E, and GEN5.0 with Spec Number PA-GEN50-3003. These generators have black frame assemblies and blue fuel tanks. The PRO3.7, PRO5.2 and GEN5.0 models have manual recoil start. The PRO3.7E and PRO5.2E have both manual recoil and electric start. Only generators with serial number 4528733735 or lower, and a manufacture date prior to 06 2016, representing the months and year of manufacture, are included in this recall. This recall involves Southwire non-contact voltage detectors with model numbers 40110N and 40120N. Voltage detectors alert users to the presence of electric current running through electrical wires. The recalled voltage detectors are cylindrical shaped, about six inches long and about two inches in circumference. They are brownish gold in color with a black center insert. "Southwire," the model number and the CE and UL listing symbols are printed on the voltage detectors. They have red LED lights to indicate the presence of live electric current. Model 40110N detects voltage from 100 to 1,000 VAC. Model 40120N detects voltage from 24 to 1,000 VAC. Read more.
This recall is for the ILI-MB-E3 and ILI-S-E3 Gamewell-FCI fire alarm panels in commercial buildings. This issue is limited to a specific configuration of Signaling Line Circuit (SLC) devices. To occur, the SLC must include at least two of the following detectors in any combination: Acclimate, 4-Warn, Photo/CO and iFAAST. The issue would occur only if the detectors are addressed within the same FlashScan polling group. Detectors installed in a different combination are not affected. Read more.
