The recall involves Holmes® models HFH6498-U, HFH6500-U and HFH6500TG-U and Bionaire® model BFH3530-U. The recalled heaters also have date codes beginning with 2604 through 3804 for all units, except for Holmes® model 6500TG-U, which has date codes ranging from 2604 through 4704. The model and date code can be found on the silver label on the back of the unit. The heater fans are 26 inches tall; come in all gray, two-tone gray, or black and gray; and have either the word Holmes® or Bionaire® printed on the front of the base. Read more.
The recall includes DESA Heating Products 10,000 Btu Thermostatically Controlled Compact Classic Hearth Fireplaces that burn propane or natural gas. They have the following model names and number: Vanguard (VMH10TPC & VMH10TNC) and FMI (EFS10TPA & EFS10TNA). They have serial numbers between 015200000 and 017400000. The model and serial numbers are on the end of the shipping carton and on the model data tags inside the lower access door of the compact fireplaces. Read more.
This Alert involves all Kidde 10 lb. dry chemical fire extinguishers manufactured with a black plastic Zytel® nylon valve assembly and a steel cylinder between 1991 and 2000. These units were the subject of Kidde Service Bulletin 007 issued on July 21, 2004. These units were designed for commercial and industrial applications, and the majority of these units were placed into service in factories, plants, businesses and other commercial locations as they require service by a qualified Fire Extinguisher Distributor or Service Organization every 6 years. Some of these units are in use in residential settings. The affected extinguishers have a steel cylinder with a welded neck ring and are between 19 to 21 inches tall as depicted in the image below. Only DeWALT D55143 three-gallon hand-carry oil free air compressors with the following date codes: 200448, 200453, 200502 through 200505, 200508, and 200509 are included in the recall. The date code is printed on the name plate on the rear air tank of the unit. Units marked with an "R" on the end cap of the unit are not included in this recall. Read more.
The recall involves new DeWALT D51844 and D51845 Heavy-Duty 20° Full Round Head Framing Nailers, and new DeWALT Model D51722 Heavy Duty 31° Clipped Head Framing Nailers. The recalled units have the following date codes: 200203, 20024, 200217, 200302, 200304, 200308, 200315, 200325, 200329, 200343, 200403, 200404, 200406, 200407, 200412, 200413, 200415, 200416 and 200417. The location of the date code is shown on the photograph below. The new units have a rework date code of 200449DM, 200450DM, 200451DM or 200452DM on the carton. The recall also involves reconditioned DeWALT D51844R and D51845R Heavy-Duty 20° Full Round Head Framing Nailers, and reconditioned DeWALT Model D51822R and D51823R Heavy Duty 31° Clipped Head Framing Nailers, with date codes 200423 through 200509. The recall circular saws include the BOSCH CS10, CS20 and CS20-XC models, which can be identified on the product nameplate mounted on the top of the motor housing. The recalled models do not have an asterisk (*) in the serial number box. The circular saw uses a 7¼-inch blade and has a blue handle and motor enclosure, and a metal guarding system. The recalled non-abrasive "Wet System" Video Head Cleaner was sold in a box labeled "Video Head Cleaner," "RadioShack" and "44-1230" or "44-1213." The box contains a cleaning video cassette and a bottle of cleaning solution. The 4-inch-high white plastic cleaning solution bottle is labeled "Video Head Cleaning Fluid" or "Cleaning Liquid for HEAD CLEANER." Other writing on the bottle includes "Contents: Isopropanol," and the item number "44-1230" or "44-1213." Read more.
The product is a guard rail that attaches to the top level of a standing choral riser set with three tiered levels of horizontal platforms on which individuals stand. The recall includes Optional Guard Rails (model numbers GRU30, 36 and 48) installed on Standing Choral Risers (model numbers TRP3C and SRP3C).
