The recalled product is a NexTorch NT123A flashlight battery, bearing the trademark ™ superscript, rather than registered trademark ® superscript. Its body is silver metallic-colored and has the NexTorch logo and the voltage (3 V) on it. The battery is often packaged with NexTorch flashlights. Read more.
This recall involves energy-saving light bulbs sold under the Telstar and Electra brand names. The bulbs were sold in two styles: spiral and the "3-Us" shape. The Telstar bulbs were sold in 20 and 23 watts with model number LB-1020 and LB-1023 printed on the packaging. The Electra bulbs were sold in 18, 20, 23, 26, 28, 30, 34, 36, 38 and 40 watts with model numbers LB-18, LB-20, LB-23, LB-26, LB-28, LB-30, LB-1018, LB-1020, LB-1023, LB-1026, LB-1134, LB-1136, LB-1138 and LB-1140 printed on the packaging. "CE 110V," "China" and the wattage number are printed on the bulb. Read more.
This recall involves “Camp Nod” electric lantern nightlights. The red or blue cylindrical-shaped metal lanterns have a glass bulb cover. The lantern nightlights measure about 9.75 inches in height and about 4 inches in diameter. The lanterns have either a barbell tag on the cord that includes item number 0603041-RE (red) or 0603041-BL (blue), or a tag affixed to the underside of the lantern that includes the words “The Land of Nod.” Read more.
Three night light models are being recalled: model numbers 71193, 71194 and 327879. Only those with KML molded on the back are being recalled. All three models have KML, ETL, the AmerTac™ logo and the model number molded on the back of the night lights’ plastic housing. Model number 71193 is a square shaped, white plastic unit with a flat translucent square window on the front and a button for changing the screen color. Model 71194 and 327879 resemble a computer mouse with white plastic housing and inset translucent windows on the front and sides. Read more.
The recalled Forever-Glo® Cylinder Nite Lite is a cylinder shaped night light with a white base and clear top that plugs into the wall. Only Model Number 71107 with a manufacturer code of SY is included in this recall. The model number and manufacturer code are printed on the back of the night light. The light measures about 4 inches in height by 1- 1/2 inches wide and is about 1 inch deep. Read more.
The recalled projector flashlights are about 6 1/2 inches in length and have the Wolverine, Spider-Man and Iron Man characters and names printed on them. The flashlights come with five extra mini discs that attach to the flashlight to project various images. The back of the packaging contains the number 16879-20012-003-1003 and UPC 6 39277 16879 5. This recall involves Trisonic 15-, 20-, 22- and 25-watt compact fluorescent light bulbs with the model numbers TS-EN 15W/SP, TS-EN 20W/SP, TS-CFL 22WB or TS-EN 25W/SP printed on the base of the bulb. Read more.
Two models of the night lights are being recalled. One model, Model No. 2019, is shaped like a house. The other, Model No. 2017, is square-shaped with a rounded top. The night lights glow green when plugged into an electrical outlet. “71980 U.S.A.” is molded into the night light’s back panel, just above the brass outlet prongs. The recalled spotlights are Coleman® water-activated hand-held spotlights, model number 5338-782 (orange) UPC 76501 222733, model number 5338-792 (yellow) UPC 76501 222753 and model number 2000000153 (blue/white) UPC 76501 226683. This recall involves the One Million Candlepower Spotlight, a rechargeable halogen light. The handheld spotlight is made of yellow plastic and has a black label that reads, “FIXIT Tools UP TO 1,000,000 CANDLE POWER” or “FIXIT Rechargeable Spotlight.” The spotlight is sold with an AC power charger and a 12 volt car utility adapter.
