Trim assembly kits involved in this recall attach to recessed light fixtures installed primarily in bathroom ceilings. The trim assemblies include a 7 3/4-inch white plastic ring, a glass lens and a metal reflector. Affected models were made in China and have model numbers: TL60 and TL62. The model number and country of manufacture are located on a sticker attached to the inside and outside of the reflector. Models made in Mexico are not included this recall. Read more.

The pendant-style outdoor lighting fixtures were installed by municipalities and developers as subdivision and/or downtown urban streetlights. The lighting fixtures typically appear along sidewalks and smaller avenues. They are made of aluminum and sold in various colors. Some have glass covers. Recalled models include "Cambridge," "Capital," "Coal Miner," Depot," "F-10 Fitter," "F-13 Fitter," "F-21 Fitter," "F-35 Fitter," "Kings Park," "Magna," "Maritas," "Miramar," "Metropolis," "Neptune," "Pierwalk," "Radial Wave" and "Tivoli." The recalled ballast is used to dim compact fluorescent lighting fixtures. The ballasts are not visible once installed. The ballasts were included with light fixtures sold under numerous brand names. Consumers should not touch these fixtures, since they could pose a shock hazard. The fixtures with these ballasts have a 120 VAC application, the fixture housing is for a 26W or 32W four-pin plug-in compact fluorescent lamp installed after July 1998. Most of the lights were sold for commercial use, though some were sold for consumer use. This recall does not involve light fixtures containing incandescent or halogen lamps or fixtures with screw-in compact fluorescent lamps or straight tube (linear) fluorescent lamps. Read more.
The recalled lighting fixtures are designed for areas that require low mounting heights and are used in parking garages, stairwells, entrances or aisles. The fixtures have a heavy-duty aluminum housing with either a white or a dark bronze finish and a glass lens. Their installed width is approximately 13 inches. The TGL and TGR series fixtures are not included in this recall, as these fixtures have a different mounting mechanism. Read more.
These lamps are in the shape of a Coca-Cola bottle. They are about 13.5 inches high. The inside of ElectroPlasma lamps simulate lightning bolts. A label on the bottom of the black base of the lamp reads, "Model No: 23-103," and "Lipan Industrial Co., Ltd." Read more.
The recalled "Forever-Glo Nite Lites™" look like small picture frames that plug into the wall. Only model numbers 75001 or 75002 with a manufacture date of April 2004 or later are included in this recall. Model 75001 is white or bronze-colored and has molded scroll-work around the front of the nite lite. "Model 75001" is printed on the back of the nite lite. Model 75002 is silver-colored and has a punched tin frame. "Model C8A5" is printed on the back. Both nite lite models measure about 3 inches by 3 inches and are about ¼ inch thick. "AmerTac™" and a circle with the month and year of manufacture are indicated on the back of the nite lites. Read more.
The Glowin' Dino Flashlight and the Glowin' Doggy Flashlight are about 9-inches long and make an electronic sound when switched on. The green dinosaur roars, and the white and brown dog barks. Only flashlights with the following date codes are in included in the recall: LC5H161, LC5H291, LC5I031, LC5I091, LC5I131, LC5J061, LC5J231, and LC5J311. The date codes are found on the bottom of the flashlights. Units that do not contain these codes or other animal flashlight characters made by The Little Tikes Co. are not included in this recall.
