Recalls: Yard and Garden
The recall includes snow equipment with Briggs & Stratton OHV engines that have model numbers beginning with 12, 15, 20, or 21, and a date of manufacture (DOM) code between 000601xx and 070301xx. The engines were installed on the following brand snow throwers: Ariens, Canadiana, Craftsman, Frontier Equipment, Husqvarna, Poulan Pro, Simplicity and Snapper. The engine model number and DOM information are located on the cylinder shield or rocker cover. Call for more information about determining if your snow thrower engine is included in the recall. The Budding Gardener Complete Gardening Set included a wheel barrel, sprinkling can, pair of gardening gloves, hand tools and seeds. The gloves are yellow on one side and white with rubber dots on the other side. The gloves have a picture of four children in a field, with "The Budding Gardners" written in red around the picture. The recall involves 25-inch by 18-inch Perfect Flame brand, four-burner, stainless steel gas grills with date codes JU, JV, JW, JX, JY, or JZ. The name "Perfect Flame" is on the grill hood. The model number, 2518SL, and the date code are located on a label inside the left front door of the grill. Read more.
Only Char-Broil gas grills with model number 463720407 are included in the recall. This is a two-burner 360 square inch cooking surface gas grill with a 170 square inch swing-away rack, two side shelves and a condiment basket. Char-Broil's logo is on the top of the lid of the grill. The serial number is located on the white rating label on the back of the upper front panel of the grill. The serial numbers range from G305040611002821 to G305040611003420. Read more.
The recall involves four sizes of pre-lit Palm trees. There is a 7-foot Lighted Palm and a 7-foot Lighted Palm Tree with Coconuts, a 5-foot Lighted Palm Tree with Coconuts, a 4.5-foot Lighted Palm Tree, and a 2.5-foot Lighted Palm Tree. These palm trees are lit by rope lights. The tree trunks have golden-colored rope wrapped in a spiral. The palm leaves are lined along the edge with green rope lights. Read more.
The recalled inflator pump has a blue body with a black handle, hose, and pressure gage. The pump is 5-inches (12.7 cm) high and weighs about 3 pounds. West Marine is printed on a white sticker on the top of the pump housing. A second label contains a "caution" statement along with Ho Lee Co., Ltd. and UL listing information. The manufacturer's model number HB-183BG and the date code 1203 are also on the label. Read more.
This recall involves the Weber® Genesis® 320™ Series gas grills which are designed to be used with either natural gas or with liquid propane gas tanks, and are equipped with a flush-mounted side burner accessory. The gas hose is made of stainless steel. The grills are sold in stainless steel and in black, blue or green porcelain enamel. All serial numbers begin with the prefix "DI". The model and serial number are located on the tank blocker/drip pan holder located inside the storage cart. Read more.
The recall involves large, inflatable bounce houses inside which children can jump and play. The recall includes the following models: "Castle Kingdom," "Jump ‘N' Kingdom," and "Bounce ‘N' Playhouse." The bounce houses are inflated by a yellow, horizontal fan. The fan's model number, FJ4-330C or FJ4-330C2, is printed on a silver sticker on the fan's housing. Bounce houses with an "N" at the end of either model number on the fan are not included in this recall. The Castle Kingdom and Jump ‘N' Kingdom are approximately 10 feet long, 8 feet wide and 8 feet high. The Bounce ‘N' Playhouse is about 8 feet long, 11 feet wide, and 9 feet high. Read more.
The recalled Zoeller brand septic pumps have a 20-foot black cord with a plug. The pumps have date codes 0906 and 1006. On models 53, 57, 151, 152 and 153 the date code is printed on the nameplate on the top of the pump. On Model WM48 the date code is printed on the tag near the plug. "Philippines" is stamped on the plug. A list of specific part numbers, model numbers, date codes and UPC codes can be found at www.zoeller.com. The recalled products are 2.5 PSI pumps with model numbers 57-1504-A and 57-1504 that are used to inflate low pressure inflatable items such as rafts and toys. The Model No. 57-1504-A pump was sold separately with an assortment of interlocking nozzles to adapt to a number of needs. The Model 57-1504 pump was sold with the Sportsstuff Launch Pod, an inflatable water trampoline sold under Sportsstuff number 58-1002. The model number and the date code "0104" are located on the Underwriters’ Laboratories label on the top of each pump. "2.5 PSI" was not written on the air pump, but was written on the packaging.
