March 13, 2007 Children's Necklaces Sold Exclusively at Accessories Palace Recalled by United Imports Due to Lead Poisoning Hazard

The recalled necklaces are multi-colored pendants shaped as hearts, crosses, moons, feet, stars, dolphins, shamrocks, teardrops, spiders, flip-flop sandals and butterflies that hang from a black cord. "Mood Necklace" is printed on the front of the packaging and Item #AP-R428 is printed on a sticker on the back of the packaging. Read more.


March 8, 2007 Cobmex Inc. Recalls Youth Jackets with Drawstrings Due to Strangulation Hazard

The nylon, zipper front jackets were sold in youth sizes and have a Cobmex neck label. The jackets were manufactured in various colors, including navy, black, green, red and wine. Only youth-size jackets with drawstrings are included in the recall. Read more.


March 8, 2007 H & M Recalls Boy's Jackets Due to Choking, Poisoning Hazards

The recalled product is a boy's cotton canvas jacket made exclusively for children in sizes 18M to size 6Y. It has style number 93196 written on the inside care label. There is an attached removable compass on the side. The compasses are copper or turquoise colored, about 2.75-inches long, and have a clip to attach to the jacket. Read more.

March 7, 2007 Discount School Supply Recalls Children's Two-Sided Easels Due to Lead Poisoning Hazard

The recalled easels are two-sided, with felt and a pull-out panel on one side and a chalkboard on the other side. The recalled easels include the word "Jolly" at the top. Easels with the word "Colorations" at the top of the easel are not included in the recall. Read more.


February 27, 2007 Sportcraft Recalls Inflatable Bounce Houses Due to Impact Injury Hazard

The recall involves large, inflatable bounce houses inside which children can jump and play. The recall includes the following models: "Castle Kingdom," "Jump ‘N' Kingdom," and "Bounce ‘N' Playhouse." The bounce houses are inflated by a yellow, horizontal fan. The fan's model number, FJ4-330C or FJ4-330C2, is printed on a silver sticker on the fan's housing. Bounce houses with an "N" at the end of either model number on the fan are not included in this recall. The Castle Kingdom and Jump ‘N' Kingdom are approximately 10 feet long, 8 feet wide and 8 feet high. The Bounce ‘N' Playhouse is about 8 feet long, 11 feet wide, and 9 feet high. Read more.

The children's necklace and earring sets have birthstones made of plastic gemstones in various colors. The pendants on the necklaces are shaped like flowers on a silver-colored chain. February 15, 2007 Jazwares Inc. Recalls Link-N-Lite™ Magnetic Puzzles, Ingested Magnets Pose Aspiration and Intestinal Hazards

The recalled Link-N-Lite™ Magnetic Light-Up Puzzle, which is a double-sided plastic magnetic puzzle for ages 3 and up, has two designs. The Disney-brand puzzle shows the Disney Princesses on the front and Ariel, from The Little Mermaid, on the back. The Marvel-brand puzzle shows "Spider-Man & Friends" on both sides. Each puzzle measures 8 inches by 10.5 inches, contains nine pieces with four or six magnets per piece, and lights-up when all pieces are in place.
