The recalled youth hooded fleece garments have drawstrings. They were sold in a variety of colors and have "U.S. Polo Assn." written on them. A sewn-in tag also reads, "U.S. Polo Assn". The style number for these garments is 12-5169. Read more.


March 15, 2006 Swing Sets Recalled for Repair Due to Risk of Top Beam Disconnecting

Both swing sets have metal frames in a variety of colors. The swings hang by chains from the top beam and have black flexible rubber seats. The frame of the "Max Play" Model 200096625 has vertical support posts with a horizontal beam connected across the top. The frame of the "Kid Builders Arch" Model 200122457 has arched end posts with a horizontal beam across the top. Read more.


March 8, 2006 BRIO® Corp. Recalls Pull-Along Snail Toy Due to Choking Hazard

The recalled BRIO Pull-along Snail is made of wood. The body of the snail is painted red and it has yellow wheels. The toy has item number 30368 written on the packaging. The snail measures 6-inches long and 4.5-inches high with natural wood and spring antennae. On the back of the snail is a removable green bell rattle with a yellow swirl and multi-colored posts. The rattle measures 2.25-inches in diameter and 2-inches high. A BRIO logo is printed on the back end of the snail and a yellow cord is attached at the front. Read more.

March 1, 2006 The Little Tikes Co. Recalls Animal-Shaped Flashlights Containing Lead Paint Sold at Target

The Glowin' Dino Flashlight and the Glowin' Doggy Flashlight are about 9-inches long and make an electronic sound when switched on. The green dinosaur roars, and the white and brown dog barks. Only flashlights with the following date codes are in included in the recall: LC5H161, LC5H291, LC5I031, LC5I091, LC5I131, LC5J061, LC5J231, and LC5J311. The date codes are found on the bottom of the flashlights. Units that do not contain these codes or other animal flashlight characters made by The Little Tikes Co. are not included in this recall. Also, units that have an "R" at the end of the date code are not included in the recall. Read more.


March 1, 2006 Infant Seats for Shopping Carts Recalled, Chalky Residue Could Cause Skin Irritation

Gray or red infant seats that are permanently attached to shopping carts in retail stores. "SAFE-SEAT +" is molded into the side of these seats. A metal tube around the frame of the seat attaches it to the shopping cart. Read more.

My First Mobile phone is a red and blue flip style mobile phone with a yellow bear on the cover and a yellow hard plastic antenna. Inside the flip phone are five round orange numeric buttons, as well as a sun button. The phone sounds with various ring tones when the buttons are depressed. On the inside top cover on the phone is a mirror and a spinning star with a lady bug button. "Made in China" is printed on the back of the battery cover. Read more.
