October 11, 2005 Design Ideas Ltd. Recall of Bean Bag Furniture Sets

The Lily chair and Lily ottoman were sold together as a bean bag furniture set. The chair and ottoman sets were sold in ivory/white (model 170001), ivory/blue (model 170003), ivory/black (model 170004) and ivory/orange (model 170009). Model numbers can be found on a label affixed to the bottom of the furniture. Read more.


October 6, 2005 Adjmi Apparel Group Recall of Reebok Children's Fleece Pullover/Pant Sets

Only Reebok fleece pullover/pant sets with navy blue quarter-zip zippers are being recalled. The fleece pullover/pant sets were sold in navy blue/red and navy blue/pink in sizes up to children's size 7. "Reebok" is printed across the front of the pullover. The pullovers have a hood that can be folded under the collar. Some of the recalled pullovers were sold with matching mittens. The style numbers were printed on the store tag only and end in: 1816, 2816, 3816, 1816N, 2816N, 1814, 2814, 4814, and 5814. Read more.

The flower necklace and earring set features a floral design in four color variations: yellow, orange, pink and purple. The purse necklace and earring set features a dangling purse charm in black, red, blue, orange, pink or purple. The corded swirl necklace and earring set features a twisted metal swirl pattern hanging from a black, blue or purple cord. The faux amber necklace and earring set features a large faux amber gem cut in a heart or cross shape. The "Bracelet Keyring" is a pink plastic keyring attached to a bracelet which consists of pink and white beads or red and white beads, a metal pendant and metal dividers between the beads. It was sold under the brand Disney Princess. "Item #24405" and "Made In China" are printed on the back of the packaging. Read more.


September 19, 2005 Douglas Company Recall of Plush Toys

The toy is a plush, white standing horse measuring about 9-inches tall, with pink or lavender hooves. Colored ribbons (pink and lavender) are mixed in with the white mane and tail of the stuffed horses. Read more.


September 15, 2005 Bradshaw International Inc. Recall of Bottle Sipper Caps

The recalled bottle sippers have white screw-on bases with dark blue, green or red pull-up valves. They are sold in packages of three. The package is labeled "Bottle Sippers." Bradshaw International Inc. and #70118 are written on the back of the package. Read more.

This recall involves the Spindle Crib, model number 4825402. The product name and model number are printed on a label affixed to the base of the crib. Sold in white, pink and blue, the cribs are made of hardwood and measure 30.5 x 54.5 x 45" high. Read more.


September 2, 2005 Atico International USA, Inc. Recall of Children’s Arm Band Pool Floats Sold at CVS Stores

The recalled plastic inflatable arm band pool floats are bright orange on the outside and white on the inside with an inflation valve on each side. They are imprinted with a “Surf Club” logo, “CVS/pharmacy,” and “Caution: This is not a lifesaving device. Do not leave child unattended while in use.” When inflated, the arm bands measure about 8-inches long by 6-inches wide. Read more.


September 1, 2005 Walt Disney World Co. Recall of Children's Red Sunglasses

The recalled sunglasses are a solid red color and have dark plastic lenses. They were sold with either a navy blue toddler cap featuring the character Mickey Mouse or a light blue toddler cap featuring the character Stitch. Both toddler caps have red bills. The recalled sunglasses are attached to the bills of the caps by a red strap with a hook and loop fastener. "Walt Disney World®" or "Disneyland® Resort" is stitched on the back of the toddler caps. This recall involves DesignWare® child-size sunglasses with Sesame Street character decals. Sold in quantities of four, each package contains a yellow, blue, red and green pair of sunglasses.
