October 26, 2023 Dorel Juvenile Group Recalls Cosco Jump, Spin & Play Activity Centers Due to Fall and Injury Hazards; Sold Exclusively at Walmart

This recall involves Cosco Jump, Spin & Play Activity Centers with model numbers WA105FZW and WA105GML. The activity centers have a circular hoop base and three poles from which a child seat with a play tray is suspended by three straps. The activity centers are sold in blue and pink, and feature two removable toy animals on the play tray at the front of the seat as well as two toy animals hanging from the front two poles. June 2, 2022 Asweets Recalls Wood Baby Activity Push Walkers Due to Strangulation Hazard

This recall involves four-wheeled Wonder & Wise baby activity walkers. The wooden push walkers have a panel of interactive toys and activities for babies. They are white with black and wood-colored accents, with a front panel with a shape sorting puzzle, bead activities and other wooden toys and a storage compartment. A roller containing five wooden balls is attached between the two front wheels. August 20, 2019 Crate and Barrel Recalls Push Walkers Due to Choking and Laceration Hazards

This recall involves Crate and Barrel Activity Push Walkers also known as Baby Push Walkers used to aid toddlers learning how to walk. The wooden recalled walkers stand about 17 inches high on four wheels and include a variety of integrated child development activities on their face. February 6, 2014 BebeLove Recalls Baby Walkers Due to Fall and Entrapment Hazards

The recalled includes all BebeLove walkers that were sold for babies age 6 months or older. The walkers contain a plastic- covered foam padded seat with a plastic base and toy tray. Model 358 walkers have a green, pink or orange musical tray with a white toy bar and solid colored seats. Model 368 walkers have green, pink or white musical tray with a yellow toy bar and printed patterned seats. Both models have white stoppers on the bottom of the base of the walker and model numbers printed on a label on the rear bottom inside of the base. "BEBELOVE" is printed on a label on the seat back and on the base of the walkers. July 23, 2013 Kids II Recalls Baby Einstein Activity Jumpers Due to Impact Hazard; Sun Toy Can Snap Backward

This recall includes Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumpers with model number 90564. The model number can be found on a tag attached to the underside of the seat. These stationary activity centers have a support seat covered in blue fabric attached to a large white metal frame and include a variety of brightly colored toys surrounding the seat. The yellow sun toy is attached to the seat frame on a flexible stalk with either three or five brightly colored rings. A date code is located in the lower right corner of the sewn in label on the back of the blue seat pad. The following date codes, indicating a manufacture date prior to November 2011, are included in the recall: OD0, OE0, OF0, OG0, OH0, OI0, OJ0, OK0, OL0, OA1, OB1, OC1, OD1, OE1, OF1, OG1, OH1, OI1, OJ1 and OK1. The recalled Imaginarium Activity Walkers have a round wooden push handle on the top of a curved triangle-shaped wooden walker base with four wheels. There is a multi-colored metal xylophone with 2 triangle mallets, 1 multi-colored abacus and 1 scratch noise maker on the front of the walker. The walkers have multi-colored wooden, disc-shaped wheels. The walkers measure about 19 inches tall and about 13 inches wide. The recalled walkers have model number "Toys 'R' Us 5F5E972" printed on the bottom of the activity walkers. Barcode number "3700217300319" is printed on the bottom of the activity walker box.
