The recalled chairs and bar stools were sold under the model name Frameworx. The models affected are short table height chair model number 53-861025-000 and tall bar stool model number 57-860979-000. The model name and model numbers are not written on the chairs. The model number is only written on the original shipping carton, packing list or invoice. The chairs and bar stools have a plastic bucket-style seat bolted to a steel seat plate assembly that connects to the down tube of the seat. Read more.

The recall involves the Mainstays Associate office chair with a 5-star nylon base with dual wheel casters and pneumatic seat height adjustment. The chair has a fabric cushioned seat and back that is black/grey in color. The armrests are shaped in half-circle loops. Under the seat is a UPC Code Label #9501401610 with printed Model #VCR1022. The rocker is part of the Herrington collection of patio furniture. The rocker is dark brown with a brown cloth seat, has a swivel base and a cut out pattern on the metal backrest. The item number, 119178, is printed on the rocker's packaging and on the assembly instructions. The rocker came in two sections, a base and a seat, and customers were required to bolt the seat to the base. Read more.

The affected Model VWBUL44 Carts have a model number tag on the underside of the top shelf that reads: "SC: 18" and a date code "REF" date code of 07/26/05 or later. Read more.

The YDP213 Digital Piano is black with a black and white keyboard and brown trim. The bench is black with a cushioned seat. White stick-on labels on the underside of the bench give the assembly instructions and references several requirements. All labels have Yamaha written on them. The serial number and "Made in China" is stamped on the underside of the seat. The YDP213 Digital Piano and BC-104DR(U) Keyboard Bench are sold together with the bench boxed within the piano box. The wooden Porch Rocker is sold in white and "natural" (light brown) color and seats only one person. "Made in Indonesia" is printed on a sticker under the Porch Rocker's seat.
