This recall involves wooden puzzles that consist of a board and four pieces representing an orange, a plum, a pear and an apple. Each piece of fruit has a wooden knob. March 12, 2009 Pure Fishing Recalls Children's Fishing Games Due to Violation of Ban on Lead in Paint

October 23, 2008 Gaming System Batteries and Recharging Station Recalled by LeapFrog Due to Burn Hazard

The Recharging Station comes with two rechargeable batteries, an AC adapter, and a recharging base. The recharging base is white with a green indicator light on the bottom. The Recharging Station for Didj was sold as item number 30676, which is printed on the box and on the bottom of the recharging base. Read more.


March 26, 2008 Educational Insights Recalls Ring Toss Games Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard

The recalled ring toss game has three plastic blue rings and five 4-inch wooden pegs. Four of the five pegs are purple and one is yellow. The base of the game is made of two red wooden boards that form an “X” when assembled. Read more.

The recall involves the Universal Nonverbal Intelligence Test—Symbolic Memory Cards. The memory testing cards are part of a kit used to test children’s physical and mental abilities. They are white with green figures, measure 1 ½” x 1 ½”, and were sold as part of a kit (model number 922782), or were sold in packages of 10 cards (model number 922775). January 17, 2008 Cranium Cadoo Board Games Recalled Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard

Only the die found in Cranium Cadoo board games with lot numbers 2007195 through 2007244 are included in the recall. The Cranium Cadoo game is packaged in a square cardboard box with an orange background. The seven digit lot number is printed under the plastic tray on the bottom half of the box. Read more.
