The recalled Baby Connection Fun Frog Soft Gym is comprised of a multi-colored, frog-shaped padded fabric mat, from which blue and orange support arms extend. The support arms consist of thin steel wire covered by foam and fabric. They can be arched, allowing for three stuffed infant toys to hang above the product's mat. A label with the word "Infantino" is attached to each of the stuffed toys as well as the underside of the mat. Products sold under item 150-761, Infantino Activity Soft Gym, which have a stamp on the back of the product showing 150-761 Production Date June 2005, are not affected by this recall. Read more.
The recall includes six different multi-colored, solid wooden push toys, including an airplane, tractor, dump truck, fire truck, and a two-piece circus train with train cars and a tow truck with family van. The vehicles are constructed with a bendable flap that allows the toys to "wiggle" back and forth. The dump truck, circus train with train cars and tow truck with family van have white magnets on the front and back to hold the push toys together. All the toys have rubber rings on the tires. The recalled push toys are intended for children 12 months and older. There is no writing on the push toys. Read more.
The recalled Grow-To-Pro® Pogo sticks are traditional pogo sticks with a round, removable base, two foot pegs and handles and the words "Grow to Pro Pogo" stamped on the front of the product. They come in two colors: green (model number 73386) and pink (model number 77356). The model number can be found underneath the pogo stick's foot pegs. This recall includes green pogo sticks manufactured through August 1, 2004, and all pink pogo sticks. Green pogo sticks manufactured after August 1, 2004, are not included in this recall and are marked with a round, green sticker underneath the foot peg. Pink pogo sticks are no longer manufactured. The recalled Lil' Wagster Dragster toy is an electronic push toy for children 1-year-old and up. It has a green race car base with red wheels and a blue handle that extends up for the child to hold. The words "Fisher-Price" are stamped in red on the handle unit, while the number "3" is stamped in yellow on the front of the race car base. The push toy has a model number of B0335, which is printed on the underside of the toy's race car base. Read more.
The recall includes one type of pacifier (Light-up Pacifiers) and two types of toys (New Style Pianos and High Toys Choochoo Toy Trains). The Light-up Pacifier is a plastic pacifier, which also acts as a whistle. When a button on the pacifier's handle is pushed, the pacifier lights up with flashing LED lights. The New Style Piano is a battery operated musical piano, which measures about 6 inches across and comes in orange and blue colors. The High Toys Choochoo Toy Train is a battery operated train that measures about 8 inches across and 5 inches high. The main body of the train is light blue with red wheels, with tiny foam balls contained inside its pink smokestack. Read more.

Flying Saucer battery-powered toys with model numbers 83153 and 3321 consist of a 9-inch diameter foam saucer with a rechargeable motor at its hub with a plastic propeller under the motor. The Flying Saucer is a foam ring with seven ribs or blades between the hub and the outer ring. The propeller rotates inside the circumference of the foam ring. The toy comes with a plastic hand-held "thrust transmitter" that is used to activate and control the speed of the saucer. Each toy also comes with an AC adapter for recharging the saucer's batteries. No other models are affected. Distributed through: School fund-raising programs nationwide from August 2004 through September 2004. None of the recalled units were sold at retail. Manufactured In: China and Hong Kong Remedy: Schools and fundraising officials have received notification of this recall. Consumers can return the product for a replacement prize of equal value.
