The musical instrument is a wooden cylinder with end caps and wooden dowels connecting the caps. A single bell is in the middle. Model number 5-30-00740 is sold individually; Model number 0-06-09005 is sold as part of a kit called Busy Days Home, which also contains a board book, a compact disc and a poster. August 17, 2006 Lead Poisoning Hazard Prompts Recall of Fun Express Children's Toys Given Away at Libraries

The recalled toy is made of bendable plastic and is in the shape of a brown dog with black ears, paws and feet, a Dalmatian dog with pink paws, a white dog with orange spots, a brown dog with pink paws, a white cat with orange stripes, a brown cat with pink paws, a black cat with pink ears and a white cat with brown spots. The toys are about 3.75 inches tall. The toy's packaging is labeled as item 39/1461-K and 39/1461-KM. Read more.


August 10, 2006 Safety Alert: NRS and LL Bean Inflatable Water Boards Lack Safety Warning Labels

This recall involves the NRS Manta Surfer River Board also sold as LL Bean Body Board. The Surfer Board is black, red and blue with the NRS logo printed on the top front of the board. The LL Bean Body Board is black, yellow and blue with the LL Bean logo printed on the top front. The boards measure 41-inches long by 24-inches wide. Item numbers 1869 (NRS) and 41869 (LL Bean) are printed on the tag sewn into the bottom seam, near the inflation valve. Read more.

IQ Baby Pillow Soft Activity Blocks are a set of 19 foam, cloth-covered blocks of various shapes with a plastic carrying case. Two of the blocks are car-shaped and have four 1-inch diameter plastic wheels with a black and white bull's eye pattern. Some cars have tags or labels that say "IQ Baby." Read more.
