August 25, 2005 Hidden Hills Productions, Inc. Recall of Floor Mat Map Games

The floor map game consists of a 6-foot by 5.5-foot vinyl Maptangle™ floor mat that has various multicolored geographic locations and landmarks painted on the floor mat and a set of 103 playing cards consisting of corresponding geographic locations and landmarks. The object of the game is for a team of players to locate, and place their feet on all of the landmarks and geographic locations. The game is age-graded for children 7 years and up. This recall pertains only to the floor mat, and does not include any other components of the game. Floor mat map games with manufacture date codes are not subject to this recall. Read more.


August 19, 2005 Stork Craft Manufacturing Inc. Recall of Toy Boxes

The recall includes toy boxes with manufacture date codes between November 2002 and July 2004 and the following model numbers and colors: 01520-331 – white, 01520-334 – cherry, 01520-33C – cognac, 01520-33L – oak, and 01520-33N - natural. The manufacture date codes, model numbers, and colors are located on a label underneath the toy boxes. The toy boxes measure 27-inches long by 18-inches wide and 17-inches high. July 19, 2005 Target Recall of Children's Toy Trucks

The recall includes four-piece "So Hot Way Cool Free Wheel" Truck sets. Various trucks sold in the sets include a combination of fire trucks, oil trucks, vegetable trucks, sanitation trucks, tow trucks and box trucks. Writing on the trucks includes, "EMERGENCY" or "CITY SERVICE." The words "So Hot Way Cool Free Wheel Truck" and the item number 204 02 0838 are written on the packaging. Read more.


July 8, 2005 Pokémon USA Recall of Pokémon Plush Toys

The recall involves 10 “Pokédoll” plush toy characters including Pikachu, Minun, Plusle, Skitty, Evee, Munchlax, Mew, Ho-Oh, and Lugia. Pikachu comes in a 12-inch and a 6-inch tall version. All of the other characters are approximately 6-inches tall. They have a sewn-in label that reads: “Pokémon Center ©2005 Pokémon /Nintendo /Creatures/ GAME FREAK” on one side and “2005 MADE IN CHINA” on the other. Read more.


June 29, 2005 Pottery Barn Kids Recall of Outdoor Trunks

This recall involves all Chesapeake Outdoor Trunks. The model number (6512982) is printed on a sticker under the trunk. The trunks are made of tropical hardwood and measure 40 x 19 x 25" high. Read more.


June 29, 2005 Pottery Barn Kids Recall of Toy Chests

This recall includes the Cameron toy chest in model numbers 4825378 (Honey), 6252852 (Espresso) and 4825386 (White). The product name and model number is located on a label affixed to the back of the toy chest. Inside the lid of the toy chest is a blackboard and an extra storage shelf. The toy chests are made of American hardwood frame with veneer panels and measure 40 x 18 x 20" high. Read more.


June 29, 2005 CSK Auto Recall of Aqua Water Scooters

The Aqua Water Scooter is a hand-held, battery-powered product used to propel swimmers through the water. The product has either a yellow or red plastic enclosure, a black plastic handle and propeller and a shark face on the front. Read more.


June 15, 2005 Wal-Mart Stores and Infantino Recall of Fun Frog Soft Gyms

The recalled Baby Connection Fun Frog Soft Gym is comprised of a multi-colored, frog-shaped padded fabric mat, from which blue and orange support arms extend. The support arms consist of thin steel wire covered by foam and fabric. They can be arched, allowing for three stuffed infant toys to hang above the product's mat. A label with the word "Infantino" is attached to each of the stuffed toys as well as the underside of the mat. Products sold under item 150-761, Infantino Activity Soft Gym, which have a stamp on the back of the product showing 150-761 Production Date June 2005, are not affected by this recall. Read more.


May 12, 2005 Pamela Drake Inc. Recall of Wooden Push Toys

The recall includes six different multi-colored, solid wooden push toys, including an airplane, tractor, dump truck, fire truck, and a two-piece circus train with train cars and a tow truck with family van. The vehicles are constructed with a bendable flap that allows the toys to "wiggle" back and forth. The dump truck, circus train with train cars and tow truck with family van have white magnets on the front and back to hold the push toys together. All the toys have rubber rings on the tires. The recalled push toys are intended for children 12 months and older. There is no writing on the push toys. Read more.


May 10, 2005 Fisher-Price Recall of Pogo Sticks

The recalled Grow-To-Pro® Pogo sticks are traditional pogo sticks with a round, removable base, two foot pegs and handles and the words "Grow to Pro Pogo" stamped on the front of the product. They come in two colors: green (model number 73386) and pink (model number 77356). The model number can be found underneath the pogo stick's foot pegs. This recall includes green pogo sticks manufactured through August 1, 2004, and all pink pogo sticks. Green pogo sticks manufactured after August 1, 2004, are not included in this recall and are marked with a round, green sticker underneath the foot peg. Pink pogo sticks are no longer manufactured.
