November 8, 2006 Warn Industries Inc. Recalls Eight-Post ATV Winch Kits for Overheating

This recall involves eight-post contactors used on certain 2,500 to 3,500 lb Warn ATV and Utility Vehicle Winch Kits. The black contactors were sold as a part of winch kits and have a "WARN" logo on the top and bottom of the contactor. Warn part number 62135 is printed on the bottom. Contactors are found on the vehicle attached to the power wires, between the battery and the winch. The contactor has four holes for securing it to the vehicle. October 19, 2006 Kawasaki Motors Corp., USA Recalls ATV for Loss of Steering Control Hazard

The recall involves 2007 model year Kawasaki KLF250A7F ATVs. These are 4-wheel ATVs sold under the brand name Kawasaki Bayou 250. They are available in red, green, or white, and the words "Kawasaki" and "Bayou" are on the sides, and "250" on the rear fender. Read more.


July 24, 2006 American Suzuki Motor Corp. Recalls All-Terrain Vehicles

Only Suzuki 2006 model year LT-A400K6, LT-A400FK6 and LT-F400FK6 model ATVs with certain vehicle identification numbers are included in this recall. Refer to the VIN at www.suzukicycles.com. The vehicle identification number is located on the left rear side of the ATV frame. Eiger, printed in white letters, and QuadRunner and Suzuki are written on the side of the ATV. July 3, 2006 Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. Recalls All-Terrain Vehicles for Fire Hazard

Bombardier brand Model Year 2006 Outlander 650 and 800 ATVs and Some Can-Am brand Model Year 2007 Outlander 650 ATVs. Serial numbers are located on the front of the ATV on the identification decal. The ATVs were available in yellow, green, red, and camouflage. Read more.

Only Suzuki 2006 model year LTR450K6 model Quad Racer ATVs with vehicle identification numbers ending with 00089 through 11626 are included in this recall. The vehicle identification number is located on the lower left side of the ATV frame. QuadRacer, printed in white letters, and R450 and Suzuki are written on the side of the ATV. The recall involves Honda 2005 and 2006 model year TRX400EX ATVs. They are adult-sized ATVs designed for use by riders age 16 and older. The 2005 model year ATVs are available in red and yellow. The recall involves Kawasaki 2005 model year KVF750-A1 and KVF750-B1 Brute Force ATVs. These models are 750cc V-twin All Terrain Vehicles available in Red, Green, Yellow, and Camouflage colorings.
