The recall involves specific front and rear wheels of TidalForce S-750 High Performance Electric Bicycles. The electric bicycle can travel at speeds of up to 20 miles per hour. The bicycle frame comes in either Candy Apple Red or Silver Satin and has a "TidalForce" sticker on the down tube and an "S-750 High Performance Electric Bicycle" sticker on the top tube. The front wheel assembly contains the battery and the rear wheel assembly contains the motor. A bicycle identification number is located on a white bar coded sticker, on the seat tube of the frame, directly above the front derailleur clamp. Aero bars are handlebar extensions typically used on racing and triathlon bicycles that either clip on to the handlebars or are sold as an integrated handlebar and stem system. The aero bars allow riders to ride in an aerodynamic crouching position. The recalled aero bars are an integrated system which have a casted aluminum centerpiece which are attached to a handlebar, a stem and two aero bars each approximately 15 inches long, protruding in front of the handlebar. The VisionTech logo is displayed in gold lettering against a black background on the wings of the bar. Bicycle aero bars bearing a silver and red decal on the wings with the words "Vision by Full Speed Ahead" are not included in this recall. Read more.
These 2003 Rolf Prima Vigor and Elan wheels were sold in a front and rear wheel set. Only the rear wheel is affected. "Rolf Prima Vigor" or "Rolf Prima Elan" are written on the wheel rim. The wheel models have serial numbers between 03926 and 06586. The serial number is located on the rim, under the yellow rim tape and is not visible from the outside of the wheel. The recall involves PowMax battery chargers distributed with Razor battery-powered scooters and ride-on vehicles. The name "PowMax" appears prominently on the face of the battery charger unit. The vehicles that were sold with the recalled chargers include Razor™ electric scooters (Models E100, E125, E300, E300S, E200, and E200S), Razor Pocket Rocket™ mini electric motorcycles, Razor Ground Force™ electric go karts, and Razor Chopper mini electric motorcycles. The recalled Lightning PAC Scooters and MX3 Mini Bikes are battery-powered ride-on toys designed for children ages six and older. The product names are located on the side of the scooter or mini bike. The recalled scooter’s model number is 73530. The recalled mini bike’s model number is 73535. The model numbers are located inside the battery compartment. The recalled scooters or mini bikes have a warning label located near the inflation valves. If the warning label reads “Never inflate above 30 psi,” the scooter or mini bike is not subject to this recall. The recall involves models E300, E300S, E200 and E200S Razor Electric Scooters which are powered by battery motors. The model numbers appear on the down tube attaching the handlebars to the deck. The scooters are collapsible for storage, and are equipped with a stepping plate and kickstand attached to the base. The E300 and E300S models are silver and green. The recall involves all Dimension-brand road and mountain threadless bicycle stems with a 130 degree rise. The stems are black or silver and have the word "Dimension" painted on the extension. Only models SM2330 to SM2333, SM4555 to SM4558, SM4567, and SM4570 to SM4573 are included in this recall. The model numbers are printed on the original packaging. These handlebar stems all have a 130-degree "high rise" but vary in extension length. Read more.
The product is a non-motorized two-wheeled scooter with a folding hinge and an adjustable handlebar. The scooter platform is purple with a bright pink Bratz logo on the top surface. Scooters containing information identifying the product as Item No. 266563, with a date of manufacture prior to July 2004, and manufactured by Jurong Dumar Bicycle, Inc. are included in this recall. The recall involves custom titanium bicycle frames for road bicycles manufactured and distributed by Roark. The bicycle frames have a "Titanium" sticker on the top tube and a "Roark" sticker on the down tube. Every bicycle frame is built to the unique specification of each customer and has serial number and manufactured date located on the bottom bracket. The recall involves Lee Chi model 1-X bicycle suspension seat posts. The seat post was manufactured by a component manufacturer for Cannondale and installed on various 2005 model year Cannondale brand bicycles. These seat posts have a natural anodized aluminum finish, a 1-X logo is laser etched on the outer tube, and a black, yellow and red instruction booklet with the 1-X logo is attached. Lee Chi is also known as Promax, but the seat posts are not marked with either name. Specific Cannondale bicycle models with affected seat posts are listed in the table below.
