This recall involves Toxic artillery rockets, Boom Box aerial shells and Detonator firecrackers. "Toxic" is printed on the rockets and on the top cardboard information label on the top of the package. The packaging has a red dragon on it surrounded with a black flame. No model or UPC number About $90 Boom Box aerial shells Boom Box aerial shells were sold in a package of six. The aerial shells measure about five inches high with their tube. "BOOM BOX" is printed on the aerial shells, tube and packaging. The fireworks are red with green fuses and measure about two inches high. UPC code 820151600047 is printed on the top panel of the box. About $13 Detonator firecrackers Detonator firecrackers were sold in a package of 20, in two single columns of 10 brown and orange firecrackers with purple tissue paper by the fuse. This recall involves all Fireworks Over America Serious Spinout multi-effect fireworks sold both individually and by the case. Recalled fireworks have product code FOA 2773 printed on the back panel in the lower right hand corner. The fireworks consist of eight tubes wrapped in colorful paper. The tubes are bundled together to form a "cake" that measures 6 inches tall by about 4 inches wide. "Serious Spinout," "Warning" and an image of two yellow cars are printed on the front panel. July 20, 2017 Manhattan Toy Recalls Activity Toys Due to Choking Hazard

The Winkel Colorburst teething and activity toy has multi-color plastic tubing inserted into a plastic cube with rattle beads inside. The model number and lot code are printed on the center of the cube and on the hang-tag and product packaging near the UPC code. This recall involves TNT Red, White, & Blue Smoke fireworks. The recalled fireworks are pyrotechnic devices that make smoke when lit. They were sold in a bag containing three canisters: one red, one blue and one white. Each colored smoke firework is a cardboard cylinder tube that measures about 1 inch in diameter and 5 inches long. March 10, 2017 R.W. Beckett Recalls Fuel Oil Valves Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves Firomatic ½ inch FPT Fusible Safety Valves series 200 Fusible Inline valve, 1/2F X 1/2F Out. The valves are located on the fuel lines that lead to oil-burning appliances. The valves have a UL metal ring on top of the body of the valve stamped with "FIROMATIC SERIES 200." "Firomatic" is cast into the body of the recalled valves. Read more.

This recall involves Crownplace Brands' Aladdin MaxBrite kerosene lamp burners. The solid brass lamp burners measure about four inches tall and three inches in diameter. The burner thread is about 3/8 inches long (about 9mm). "Aladdin MAXBrite500" is printed on the burner knob. The patent number is 3551086. This recall involves gas station hose and swivel fitting sets used with gas station nozzles to dispense or transfer refined fuels such as gasoline, diesel, ethanol blends and biodiesel blends. The sets are made of at least one metal swivel fitting attached to ¾-inch or 1-inch FLEX-ING™ brand FLEX-ON™ Hardwall, Marina and Softwall hoses. The attached hoses were sold in varying lengths. The size in inches and millimeters, and part number 559N or 559NMP are printed on the sidewall of the hoses. Hardwall hoses were sold in the colors black, blue, green, red and yellow, and have "FLEX-ING FLEX-ON HW FR PREMIUM FUEL HOSE BY FRANKLIN FUELING SYSTEMS" printed on the sidewall. Marina hoses were sold in the color green and have "2 BD. STYLE BC MARINA GASOLINE" on the sidewall. Softwall hoses were sold in the color black and have "FLEX-ING FLEX-ON SILVER SW PREMIUM FUEL HOSE BY FRANKLIN FUELING SYSTEMS" on the sidewall.
