The Winkel Colorburst teething and activity toy has multi-color plastic tubing inserted into a plastic cube with rattle beads inside. The model number and lot code are printed on the center of the cube and on the hang-tag and product packaging near the UPC code. This recall involves Flame King, Little Kamper and U-Haul refillable propane cylinders used with outdoor appliances. The serial numbers are printed on the foot ring of the cylinder. The brand logo and size is printed on the front of the cylinder. This recall involves TNT Red, White, & Blue Smoke fireworks. The recalled fireworks are pyrotechnic devices that make smoke when lit. They were sold in a bag containing three canisters: one red, one blue and one white. Each colored smoke firework is a cardboard cylinder tube that measures about 1 inch in diameter and 5 inches long. The TNT logo, "Red, White & Blue Smoke" and UPC number 027736036561 appear on the packaging. Read more.

This recall involves Firomatic ½ inch FPT Fusible Safety Valves series 200 Fusible Inline valve, 1/2F X 1/2F Out. The valves are located on the fuel lines that lead to oil-burning appliances. The valves have a UL metal ring on top of the body of the valve stamped with "FIROMATIC SERIES 200." "Firomatic" is cast into the body of the recalled valves. Read more.

This recall involves Crownplace Brands' Aladdin MaxBrite kerosene lamp burners. The solid brass lamp burners measure about four inches tall and three inches in diameter. The burner thread is about 3/8 inches long (about 9mm). "Aladdin MAXBrite500" is printed on the burner knob. The patent number is 3551086. "Aladdin" and the patent number are printed on the barrel of the burner. Read more.

This recall involves gas station hose and swivel fitting sets used with gas station nozzles to dispense or transfer refined fuels such as gasoline, diesel, ethanol blends and biodiesel blends. The sets are made of at least one metal swivel fitting attached to ¾-inch or 1-inch FLEX-ING™ brand FLEX-ON™ Hardwall, Marina and Softwall hoses. The attached hoses were sold in varying lengths. The size in inches and millimeters, and part number 559N or 559NMP are printed on the sidewall of the hoses. Hardwall hoses were sold in the colors black, blue, green, red and yellow, and have "FLEX-ING FLEX-ON HW FR PREMIUM FUEL HOSE BY FRANKLIN FUELING SYSTEMS" printed on the sidewall. Marina hoses were sold in the color green and have "2 BD. STYLE BC MARINA GASOLINE" on the sidewall. Softwall hoses were sold in the color black and have "FLEX-ING FLEX-ON SILVER SW PREMIUM FUEL HOSE BY FRANKLIN FUELING SYSTEMS" on the sidewall. This recall involves all mammoth Great Grizzly brand California Candles. The recalled candles are hand-held fireworks fountains that make crackling noises and display flowering tulips, blue pearls and gold showers. Each candle is approximately 2 inches in diameter and 30 inches long. The candles were sold in packs of three. One candle is labeled with the name "Glow Beam," one has the name "Dazzling Diamonds" and one has the name "Touch of Sparkle." Each candle has the Great Grizzly logo on the label near the beginning of the candle name. Read more.

This recall involves all Fireworks Over America Space Monkey multi-effect fireworks sold both individually and by the case. The firework has 20-tubes individually wrapped in red paper. The tubes are bundled together to form a "cake" that measures 7 inches tall by 5 1/2 inches wide by 5 1/2 inches deep. The cake has a black wrapper. The front panel and two side panels of the wrapper have a picture of a chimpanzee wearing a space suit and the words "Space Monkey," "Warning," "Shoots Flaming Balls" and "Carefully read other cautions on the back panel." The back panel of the wrapper has the words "Warning" and "Shoots Flaming Balls" and a list of additional warnings. Recalled fireworks have product code FOA 2936 printed on the back panel in the lower right hand corner. Cases of the recalled fireworks have factory number 36F285-252-14 printed on the front of the case near the product name. Read more.

The two recalled ceramic mugs are the Pastor's Wife model #18208, and the Serve with Gladness model #18209. The Pastor's Wife mug is cream color on the outside and teal on the inside with the phrase "Pastor's Wife" on one side and "We Always Thank God and Pray For You" on the other side. The Serve with Gladness mug is cream color inside and outside with the phrase "Serve with Gladness" on one side and "Anyone who loves is a child of God" inside a multicolored floral arrangement on the other side. Model number 18208 or 18209 is printed on a UPC sticker on the bottom of the mug. Read more.
