July 28, 2009 Blitz USA Recalls Enviro-Flo(tm) Plus Fuel Containers Due to Fire Hazard

The recall involves green Enviro-Flo Plus spouts used with 1 and 2 gallon fuel containers. Only spouts with manufacture date codes listed from 04/17/2009 through 04/19/2009 are included in the recall. The manufacture date code is etched into the side of the spout. The spouts were used on fuel containers with item numbers 81005 (1 gallon) and 81010 (2 gallon) printed on the labels. Date codes affected include: Read more.

October 23, 2008 YMCA Trading Recalls Lighters Due to Potential Burn Hazard to Children

The recalled “Gas Match” lighters have either a multi-colored red/white, blue/white or green/white plastic body, and a silver-colored metal nozzle. Each lighter measures 10½-inches long. April 24, 2008 Fisher Controls International Recalls Gas Regulators for Leak Hazard

March 4, 2008 LDR Industries Recalls Gas Connectors Due to Fire and Explosion Hazards

The recalled LDR series 1200 gas connectors have 3/8 inch fine thread nuts attached. The connectors are used primarily with gas space heaters. The brass nuts are gold colored while the stainless steel tube is silver colored. The following connectors are included in this recall. The recalled gas regulators were manufactured from March 2007 through May 2007 and installed on natural gas or LP-gas supply systems in homes and small commercial buildings. The recalls involves model HSR natural gas regulators and LP-gas regulators with model numbers 67CD, 67CH, 67CN, and 67CW, HSRL, R622, R622E, R622H, R632, R642, R652, R652E, R122H, R222, or R232. The model number can be found on a white label attached to the regulator spring case. The date of manufacture is also stamped on the regulator. Read more.


August 29, 2007 Sam's Club Recalls Outdoor Torch Lamps Due to Fire, Burn and Laceration Hazards

The recalled oil torch lamp is 6-feet tall with a green, bowl-shaped, ceramic open-flame lamp that is attached to a brown cast iron pole and stand. A flame snuffer is attached to the lamp by a chain. The lamp and pole can be disconnected from the base and the pole placed directly in the ground. The product was sold as a set of four torches. Read more.
