The recalled LDR series 1200 gas connectors have 3/8 inch fine thread nuts attached. The connectors are used primarily with gas space heaters. The brass nuts are gold colored while the stainless steel tube is silver colored. The following connectors are included in this recall. The recalls involves model HSR natural gas regulators and LP-gas regulators with model numbers 67CD, 67CH, 67CN, and 67CW, HSRL, R622, R622E, R622H, R632, R642, R652, R652E, R122H, R222, or R232. The recalled fireworks are a 200 gram multi shot device that consists of 300 individual missiles with a single fuse for ignition. The device measures 2 1/2" by 23 7/8" by 3 1/4" and its packaging has a red and yellow label and the words "Saturn Missiles-Battery-300 Shots Finale" printed on it. Read more.

The recall involves three models of multi-purpose butane lighters sold under the brand name, The Grill Care Company®. The lighters are nine or 11 inches long and have the words "The Grill Care Company" and "NOM" printed on the label affixed to each lighter. As shown below, the lighter's body comes in several colors.
