This recall involves pourable gel fuels packaged in one-quart plastic bottles. They are sold with or without citronella. The fuel is poured into a stainless steel cup in the center of ceramic fire pots. The label on the container reads "TIKIĀ® GEL FUEL." This recall involves odorized propane gas delivered for storage tanks or sold in portable cylinders between February 25, 2010 and September 30, 2010. June 29, 2010 Super Lightning Rocket Fireworks Recalled by Big Fireworks Due to Risk of Burn

This recall involves stick-type rockets with 1 1/2-inch in diameter engine that is mounted on 32-inch wood stick. The engine is wrapped in black paper with a background of solar system and the writing "Super Rocket," in assorted colors. The rockets were sold in packs of four, and have item number GCR3150 printed on the front of the package and on the rocket engine. Read more.


January 27, 2010 Zippo Recalls Candle Lighters Due to Burn Hazard

This recall involves the Zippo Slatkin & Co. candle lighters with date codes G09 or H09. The lighters are finished in high-polish chrome or white with a chrome nozzle. The lighter uses refillable butane fuel and measures 6.5 inches long and 1 inch wide. The date code is embossed on the black adjuster knob located on the end of the lighter (opposite to the nozzle). “Slatkin & Co.” and “Zippo” are printed on the packaging. “Zippo” is also embossed on the product. January 7, 2010 Gas Cans Recalled by No-Spill; Containers Can Leak and Create Fire Hazard

The 5-gallon gas cans are made from heavy-duty red plastic and carry date codes AIP09202 through AIP09222. The date code is located on the bottom of the can. Not all cans in this date range are affected. Read more.


July 28, 2009 Blitz USA Recalls Enviro-Flo(tm) Plus Fuel Containers Due to Fire Hazard

The recall involves green Enviro-Flo Plus spouts used with 1 and 2 gallon fuel containers. Only spouts with manufacture date codes listed from 04/17/2009 through 04/19/2009 are included in the recall. The manufacture date code is etched into the side of the spout. The spouts were used on fuel containers with item numbers 81005 (1 gallon) and 81010 (2 gallon) printed on the labels. Date codes affected include: Read more.
