This recall involves two models of VidaXL stainless steel pool ladders. The ladders measures 47 inches for above-ground pools with item numbers (SKU) 93122 and 93188 printed alongside the vidaXL.com logo on the horizontal bar in the A-frame. The ladders have an A-shape and attach over the above ground pool edge. There are two gray or blue non-skid plastic steps on each side of the ladder. Read more.
This recall involves two models of 1.5 HP electric motors that drive pool pumps sold under the PureLine brand name with model numbers PL1152 and PL2152. The PL1152 model has a round flange and the PL2152 has a square flange. The model number can be found on the white label on the top of the recalled motors. The motors are black. The PL1152 motors are 11-7/8 inches long and 5-1/2 inches in diameter. The PL2152 motors are 12-1/2 inches long and 6-1/2 inches in diameter. Read more.
This recall involves 2-inch diverter valve caps sold with certain Master Spas "Twilight Series," "H2X Swim Spa," and "MP Signature Deep Swim Spa" hot tubs/swim spas. The model names are printed on the control panel covers. The clear valve caps are included as a component part and are located under the diverter handle on the upper deck of the hot tub/spa above the water line. Read more.

This recall involves the Hayward UHXNEGVT15001 Negative Pressure 6-inch Vent Kit for pool heaters. The vent kit is used exclusively on the Hayward H500FD Gas Heaters. The kit includes the following: one vent pipe adapter for negative pressure galvanized vent pipe, one flue cover plate with hole for vent, #10 sheet metal screws, vent pressure switches, vent pressure switch tubing and vent pressure switch jumper wire. Only Hayward H500FD Gas Heaters that are installed indoors and use 6-inch negative pressure galvanized vent piping are affected by this recall. The name Hayward is stamped into the furnace housing above the water pipes. The model and serial number H500FD is located to the left of the water pipes. Read more.
This recall involves Ocean Reef's Neptune Space Integrated Diving Masks. The full face scuba masks come in a variety of colors and sizes. The masks have a bellows style face seal, molded from silicone rubber, uses a "spring profile" and sealing surface. The masks serial numbers are engraved on the mask housing. This recall involves Shearwater yellow pressure diving transmitters. The transmitters provide a tank pressure reading for scuba divers. The transmitter is yellow, with a cylindrical shape and measures 3 inches in length. "FCC ID: MH8A" is printed on the end of the transmitter. Part number 13009 or 13009-01 is printed on the cardboard packaging along with an 8 digit serial number starting in FK or BM etched on the side. Read more.
