The recalled inflatable baby floats were sold in a variety of styles and colors. The names and model numbers are located on the packaging. A date between 08/02 and 07/08 is molded on the valves of recalled products. Products not included in the recall can be identified with the lettering “NP” molded on the valve. July 1, 2009 Polaris Recalls Snowmobiles Due to Loss of Control Hazard

This recall involves 2009 Polaris 800 Assault RMK 146 snowmobiles model numbers S09PL8EE and S09PL8ES. “Assault 800” is printed on the snowmobile’s hood. “Polaris” is written on the seat. The model number is located on the right side of the tunnel below the seat. The snowmobiles are red and black. Read more.

June 23, 2009 Diving Wings With Defective Inner Bladders Recalled by Poseidon Due to Drowning Hazard

The recall involves the Poseidon inner bladders with batch number 5445 sold with the Poseidon Besea W50 wings. The inner bladder is located inside the outer cover of the wing. The batch number and “Poseidon” are molded on a tab located between the “legs” of the inner bladder. Read more.

June 23, 2009 Loaded Boards Recalls Orangatang Skateboard Wheels; Blow-outs Pose Risk of Injury to Riders

The recall involves Orangatang “In-Heat” skateboard wheels. They were sold in two styles: 75mm/purple/83a durometer and 75mm/orange/80a durometer. The words “orangatang,” “In Heat,” and the size and durometer are written on the sidewall of the wheel. The wheels were sold in sets of four. Read more.

June 18, 2009 Body Boards Recalled by JGR Copa Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard

This recall involves the 18” Kick Body Board. The boards have various designs on the front including peace signs, white hibiscus, or yellow smiley face. A green lizard and “Big Lizard™ body boards” are printed on the underside in green. Read more.

May 27, 2009 Outdoor Play Sets Sold Exclusively at Toys"R"Us Recalled by Step2 Due to Fall Hazard; Swings Can Break

This recall involves Step2 Play Up Gym play sets. The recalled outdoor play sets include a platform, climber, slide area and two swings and have a model number of 797300. A red “Step2” logo plate is attached to the front of the play set. Play sets that have hangers with white plastic bushings are not subject to this recall. Read more.

May 19, 2009 Cannondale Recalls Bicycles; JD Forks Can Lose Alignment, Posing Crash Hazard

The recall involves model year 2008 Cannondale Adventure 2, Adventure 3, Adventure 2 Feminine and Adventure 3 Feminine bicycles. The model name is printed on the bicycle’s frame. The bicycles have a suspension fork with the words “cannondale AT35 adventure trail” printed on them. Bicycles equipped with the Rock Shox i-ride fork are not included in the recall. Read more.
