This recall involves all MYX I, MYX II and MYX II Plus connected exercise bicycles. The black or white stationary bikes measure 55 inches long, 21 inches wide and 47 inches high. They have a 21.5-inch swiveling touchscreen, pedals with clips and straps, and adjustable handlebars and seat. Myx is printed on the side of the bicycles. Read more.

This recall involves Bolt Foldable Scooters for children. They are painted black with a blue or purple standing platform. "APPLLC120806218142" is printed in white letters on the top left corner of the blue or purple standing platform. "Bolt" is printed on a blue or purple sticker on the front of the scooter in white lettering. The scooter measures approximately 23 inches by 3.75 inches by 20 inches when assembled and weighs about 2.7 pounds. Read more.

This recall involves all Tesla Cyberquad for Kids by Radio Flyer, Model Number 914. The Cyberquad features a full steel frame, cushioned seat and adjustable suspension with rear disk braking and LED light bars. The Cyberquad is powered by a lithium-ion battery with up to 15 miles of range and a top speed of 10 mph. The Cyberquad has both the Tesla "T" and Radio Flyer logos printed on the battery. Information embossed into the underside of the seat identifies the product as Radio Flyer Model 914. Read more.

This recall involves Horizon Fitness T101-05 folding treadmills. The treadmill has a running area that measures 55 inches long by 20 inches wide and has a 33-inch-wide console. The display has red LEDs that provide workout information to the user. Horizon T101-05 is printed on the treadmill's serial number label. The name of the model and the serial number are located on the metal frame near the power switch. The serial number starts with the letters "TM". Only treadmills with the following serial numbers are included in this recall. Only Horizon Fitness T101-05 folding treadmills are included in this recall. This recall involves all Goalsetter Adjustable and Fixed Wall Mount Series and GS Baseline Series 72-inch, 60-inch, 54-inch, and 48-inch wall-mounted goal systems. This recall involves Punisher Adult Cycling Helmets. The helmets were sold in multiple colors; white, black, red, blue, pink/black, green and orange. They have black straps and a black buckle. This recall involves Apeks Exotec SCUBA Diving Buoyancy Compensator Devices (BCDs). The Exotec is a back flotation-style BCD used to control a SCUBA diver's buoyancy underwater. The Apeks brand and Exotec model name are embroidered on the back panel and side pockets of the BCD and the metal components are gray or orange. Only model numbers BT1380108ML, BT1380108XLXXL, BT1380110ML and BT1380110XLXXL are included in the recall. The model number is printed on the label tucked behind the bladder between the tank attachment belt and the lower dump valve. Read more.

This recall involves Scuba Buoyancy Compensator Devices (BCDs) with LP inflator hoses. The LP inflator hoses attach to the regulator first stage of the BCD. The following Cressi base models, as identified on the label stitched to the pocket on the BCDs, are included in the recall: Patrol (IC74160), Quartz (JIC74190), Start (IC72170), Start Pro (IC72190), Aquaride (IC74080), Travel Light (IC7406), Commander Evolution (IC771000), and Scorpion (IC77000). Only inflator hoses with serial numbers 007/22, 019/22 or 035/22 stamped into the metal fitting that attaches to the BCDs are included in the recall. Read more.

This recall involves Ancheer e-bikes with model number AM001907. The model number can be found on the e-bike packaging and in the instruction manual but cannot be found on the bike itself. A water bottle shaped cylindrical battery distinguishes model AM001907 from other models. The bikes are black and have 26-inch wheels. "Ancheer" is printed on the downtube. Read more.

This recall involves certain Ski-Doo model year 2022 snowmobiles equipped with 850 E-TEC and 850 E-TEC Turbo engines. The vehicles were sold in a variety of colors. Ski-Doo and the model name are printed on the side panels of the vehicles. The vehicle identification number (VIN) is on the decal located on the right-hand side of tunnel underneath the seat.
