July 14, 2022 Westfield Outdoor Recalls Tents Due to Injury Hazard; Sold Exclusively at Cabela's and Bass Pro Shops (Recall Alert)

The recall involves only the Cabela's Ultimate Alaknak Outfitter, the Instinct Outfitter and the Big Horn 6P tents supplied by Westfield Outdoor. The tents' sizes range from 10 feet by 10 feet to 13 feet by 27 feet and are sold in green. The name, model number, date code (HF MMDDYY) providing the place and date of manufacture, and SKU of the tent, are printed on the inside of the tent on the sewn-in warning label. The tents are designed for the optional use of a wood stove inside. The stove pipe exits the tent through the stove jack ring which provides a seal between the stove pipe and the tent. July 14, 2022 Sakar International Recalls Tony Hawk Silver Metallic Multi-Purpose Helmets Due to Risk of Head Injury; Sold Exclusively at Walmart

This recall involves Tony Hawk Silver Metallic multi-purpose helmets. The helmets are silver with black straps and a black buckle. Tony Hawk's signature is printed on the outside of the helmet. The white warning label on the inside of the helmet contains the Item No. AGE2515STH-SIL on the top right corner. These Tony Hawk Silver Metallic multi-purpose helmets were also provided as replacement helmets for Sarkar Dimensions Bluetooth Speaker Helmets in March 2022 and now themselves are being recalled. "FUGLEMAN" decals are printed on the right and left rear side panels. The Segway logo is on the hood. The model number is located on the right and left rear side panels next to the Fugleman logo. This recall involves Brompton foldable electric bicycles with 16-inch wheels, sold in black, white, bolt lacquer, Turkish green, and white/gold colors. "Brompton" is printed on the center tube of the bike's frame. Recalled models include the Brompton Electric M2L, H2L, M6L, and H6L which are printed on the bicycles name plate, which is affixed to the bottom of the seat-post facing rearwards. Read more.

June 9, 2022 Nautilus Recalls Treadmills Due to Fall Hazard

This recall involves Nautilus treadmills with model number T616 and serial numbers 100672PRO21140001 through 100672PRO21171980 and with model number T618 and serial numbers 100647PRO21130111 through 100647PRO21183960. Nautilus and the model number are printed on the plastic shroud at the front of the treadmill's walking belt. The serial number is on the base-frame of the treadmill beneath the belt. Read more.

This recall involves Intimidator and Mahindra branded models 750, 800, 1000, TGB, and GC1K utility vehicles (UTVs). The recalled UTVs were sold in a variety of colors. "Intimidator" or "Mahindra" is displayed on the front grill and the model series is printed on the rear-side panels. The vehicle identification number (VIN) can be found on a label inside the glove box, inside the hood compartment and below the driver's seat. June 2, 2022 Elevate Outdoor Collective Recalls Backcountry Access Avalanche Transceivers Due to Risk of Loss of Emergency Communications

This recall involves the Backcountry Access Tracker4 Avalanche Transceiver sold in yellow and black. The transceiver has a digital screen on the front and is about five inches long and three inches wide. "BCA" and the model name "Tracker4" are printed on the front of the unit. The serial number for a transceiver is located inside the battery compartment after removing the top AAA battery. Only the transceivers with serial numbers beginning with 21H05 or 21H06 are affected by this recall. Read more.

May 19, 2022 DGL Group Recalls Hover-1 Superfly Hoverboards Due to Fall and Injury Hazards

This recall involves model year 2020 Hover-1 Superfly Hoverboards model H1-SPFY. They were sold in black only with blue LED lights on the hoverboard deck near the foot pads. Hover-1 is written on the front of the hoverboard. Recalled hoverboards have a serial number on the bottom of the hoverboard beginning with SPFY-BLK-GO-2008, SPFY-BLK-GO-2009 or SPFY-BLK-GO-2010. A warning label can be found on the bottom of the hoverboard next to the serial number. The warning label, at the bottom right, states "H1-SPFY." Read more.
