This recall involves the Matrix Fitness T1X, T1xe, T3x and T3xh treadmills. The treadmill has a running platform that measures 60 inches long by 20 inches wide, a 33-inch-wide console and a straight power cord with no power cord bracket. Matrix is printed on the treadmill console masts. The model name and the serial number are located on the connecting bar at the bottom of the machine near the power socket. The serial number is comprised of the letters TM, a three-digit model number, the manufacture date in YY/MM format, followed by a five-digit serial. The recalled treadmills were manufactured from January 2009 through January 2018. This recall involves model-year 2022 E-Z-GO Freedom RXV ELiTE, Freedom RXV Gas, and Freedom RXV 48V personal transportation vehicles with a rear-facing seat. Recalled units have serial numbers within the range of 5633701 to 5651753. The vehicle's serial number can be found near the base of the steering column. These vehicles are commonly referred to as golf carts or golf cars and are used primarily to transport people. Read more.

The recall involves EGL and ACE branded Youth ATVs, models MADIX 125 and D110. The name of the vehicle is printed on a label located on both sides of the vehicle. The model number is stamped into the metal plate located on the left side, under the rear body. The ATVs were sold as either Age 12+ or Age 16+. The ATVs have a label under the model number, stating: "This ATV is subject to EGL MOTOR INC's action plan approved by U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission." Read more.

This recall involves model year 2021 Giant Cypress DX, Giant Escape 3 Comfort, Liv Flourish FS 1 and Liv Alight 3 Comfort bicycles. They were sold in metallic black, dark silver, dark red/burgundy, grayish blue, plum or sage, depending on the model. Recalled bicycles have a serial number beginning with the letter "P" located on the underside of the bottom bracket of the frame, directly under the crank. The model name is printed on the top tube. Giant is printed on the down tube of the Cypress DX and Escape 3 Comfort models and Liv is printed on the down tube of the Alight 3 Comfort model. This recall involves certain VINs of Polaris Model Year 2022 Outlaw 110 EFI Youth ATVs. The recalled ATVs were sold in gray/lime and gray/pink color combinations. "POLARIS" is printed on both sides of the vehicle below the headlights and on both sides of the seat. "Outlaw 110" is printed on both sides of the chassis. This recall involves a certain batch of Big Game Treestands 2021 model year The Captain Hang-on Treestands, model BGM-FP0050 with serial/batch number 2M-0121 only. This is a Hang-on style treestand used to hunt from elevation. It is black in color with a flip back seat imprinted with the name "Big Game Treestands" and a foot rest. The model is identified on the product box and in the product instruction manual. Serial/Batch number "2M-0121" is located on a metal plate riveted to the frame support. Read more.
