September 22, 2022 Pool and Spa Drain Covers Recalled Due to Violation of the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act; Imported by Goetas; Sold Exclusively at Amazon.com (Recall Alert)

This recall involves Goetas replacement round pool main drain covers with two screws that are sold for use in pools and in-ground spas. The top grate is 7.20 inches in diameter and the bottom mounting plate is 8.14 inches in diameter. They are white and made of ABS plastic. "Listed suction fitting," "SP-1058-B," and "88D9 148 GPM" are printed on the center of the grate. "Use screws to keep grate secured to dram (drain) at all times" is printed on the outer ring of the grate. Read more.

This recall involves 2022 model year Tethrd One Stick GEN 2 climbing sticks with serial numbers ranging from THSP-TONE-010000 to THSP-TONE-017749. This recall involves certain VINs of Polaris Model Year 2022 PATRIOT BOOST RMK KHAOS and Model Year 2022 PATRIOT BOOST PRO RMK. This recall involves Agit Global paddles, model years 2015 through 2020, that were sold with the 8', 8'6", 9'6", and 10'6" Wave Storm, Storm Blade, Ozoboard, True Wave, Bloo Tide, Dorsal, and Rock It Surf Stand-up paddleboards. The paddles are made of aluminum and are adjustable, between 5 and 7 feet in length. This recall involves front footpads for Future Motion's Onewheel GT self-balancing electric skateboards, sold with the skateboard or independently as replacement footpads. Onewheel and GT appear on the side of the skateboard. The Onewheel logo is printed on the skateboard's wheel. Consumers can identify whether their Onewheel GT has a recalled front footpad by contacting Future Motion and providing the serial number for their board. This recall involves two (2) white ceramic pulleys, with the marking Cabrinha on each of the pulleys, on the Cabrinha® Switchblade and Drifter Kites for kite surfing with model number 02 and serial numbers beginning with one of the following: 61NI, 61NJ, 61NK, 61NL, 62NA, 62NB, 62NC, C11G, C11H, C11K. The model and serial numbers are on the outer box containing the kites, on the hangtags of the kites and on the trailing edge of the kite's label.
