This recall involves the PIEPS Pro BT, Powder BT, DSP Sport, DSP Pro, DSP Pro Ice, Micro BT Button, Micro BT Sensor and Micro BT Race avalanche transceivers and the Black Diamond branded Recon BT and Guide BT avalanche transceivers. All the transceivers are plastic with an LCD screen. They measure about 5 inches long by 3 inches wide and the colors vary by model. The transceivers have PIEPS or the Black Diamond logo printed on the front of the unit and the model name printed either on the front or rear of the unit. "AQUA LUNG" is printed on the front and back of each device. The model number is printed on the back of the device. The serial number is printed on a label located on the back of the device. This recall involves the Crye Precision LRB Leg Loops with model number MRBLL1 which is printed on a label sewn on the inside of the left or right leg loop. The load-rated leg loops used with a load-rated belt create a mountaineering harness used for mountain climbing. Read more.

The recall involves only the Cabela's Ultimate Alaknak Outfitter, the Instinct Outfitter and the Big Horn 6P tents supplied by Westfield Outdoor. The tents' sizes range from 10 feet by 10 feet to 13 feet by 27 feet and are sold in green. The name, model number, date code (HF MMDDYY) providing the place and date of manufacture, and SKU of the tent, are printed on the inside of the tent on the sewn-in warning label. The tents are designed for the optional use of a wood stove inside. The stove pipe exits the tent through the stove jack ring which provides a seal between the stove pipe and the tent. This recall involves Tony Hawk Silver Metallic multi-purpose helmets. The helmets are silver with black straps and a black buckle. Tony Hawk's signature is printed on the outside of the helmet. The white warning label on the inside of the helmet contains the Item No. AGE2515STH-SIL on the top right corner. These Tony Hawk Silver Metallic multi-purpose helmets were also provided as replacement helmets for Sarkar Dimensions Bluetooth Speaker Helmets in March 2022 and now themselves are being recalled.
