Recalls: Outdoor Lighting

This recall involves Allpredatorscall.com's Wicked Lights-branded night hunting headlamps, models ScanPro iC Gen 1, Gen 1.5 and Gen 2. The black headlamps have an adjustable elastic cloth headband, an elevation adjustment lock knob and an intensity control knob, a zoom focus bezel, a rubberized halo shield and built-in green, red and white LED's or single-color LED. They were sold with lithium ion rechargeable batteries and a storage carrying case. ScanPro appears on the elastic headband and Wicked Lights on the body of the light. Only headlights without an "F" suffix in the style code printed on the battery compartment are included on this recall. The style code can be found inside the battery compartment. Read more.

This recall involves three children's flashlights that come with three or four interchangable light covers. The ZAG Miraculous flashlight is red with the Marinette and Ladybug characters, the Ghostbusters flashlight is green with the Ghostbusters logo, and the My Little Pony flashlight is light blue with colorful ponies. This recall involves Stinger BK series Insect Zapper electric insect/mosquito zapper including the Stinger Insect Zapper (Model BK 110v3), the Stinger 3-in-1 Insect Zapper (Model BK310v3) and the Stinger 5-in-1 Insect & Mosquito Zapper (Model BK510v3). They are black or gray plastic and stand or hang vertically. The units are about 19 inches high and 6 inches wide and require an extension cord to operate outside. The recalled models have codes ending in YTG and Made in China printed on the silver label on the bottom of the product. This recall involvesWorkSafe 3-D cell flashlights, model number 2224 LED. The model number is printed at the top right side of the text contained on the flashlight. The flashlight is safety orange with a black reflector assembly and black end cap and measures about 10.25 inches long by 2 inches in diameter. Only 3-D cell flashlights that do not contain a date code stamped on the body of the units are included in the recall Read more.

This recall involves Moonrays brand large mystic globe and winter-themed snow globe stake lights. The lawn and garden decorations are plastic globes mounted on a metal stake that can be inserted into the ground. Water and antifreeze allow glitter inside the globe to float. The winter-themed light stake is framed by a snowman, Christmas Tree, Santa Claus or reindeer. The solar powered lights also contain LED bulbs that run on AA NI-cd or AA-NI-Mh rechargeable batteries. This recall involves all Longfellow model 3- and 4-light light fixtures for indoor or outdoor use. The black metal fixtures have a clear/frosted glass shade on four sides and can be wall mounted or ceiling mounted. Model number 731KL04EB, 731KM03EB, 731P03EB, 331P03BL, 731P04EB or 331P04BL is printed on the label on the canopy of the ceiling mounted fixtures or the backplate of wall mounted fixtures. This recall involves a Signature Designs Halloween image projector. The projector is a flashlight with cap that holds special lenses to project messages and images onto a wall or other surfaces. The flashlight handle is black with the word Halloween and pictures of a skull and a jack o' lantern printed in white. The handle is about 7 inches long and holds two size C batteries. The cap is orange and is about 3 inches high and about 2 inches in diameter. The projector comes with three lenses: an orange lens with a black jack o' lantern, a yellow lens with a black bat and a purple lens with the words "Trick or Treat" in black. The bulbs have a metal cone-shaped housing, are silver in color, either 14 or 18 watts, and have clusters of 6 to 16 LEDs. This recall involves Northstar® liquid fuel lanterns with model number 2000B750 and date codes 10 13 or 11 13. The model number is printed on the base of the lantern, under the lighting instructions. The date code is stamped on the underside of the lantern. A Coleman logo sticker is affixed to the front of the lantern base. The green lanterns measure about 13" tall by 7" wide by 7" deep.
