The recalled ladders are Type 1A industrial ladders with fiberglass rails and round aluminum rungs, and include the 14 model numbers listed on the chart with manufacture dates and date codes from November 2004 through March 2005. The model number and the manufacture date code for all models except the FA1012 and FA1016 model ladder are located on the model number/notice label on the side rail of the ladders. The recalled Flexitoys Monster-Size vehicles are plastic toys that measure approximately 5 1/2-inches in length. Models included in the recall are: dump truck (model 9000-1), race car (model 9000-2), tractor (model 9000-3), SUV (model 9000-4), fire truck (model 9000-5) and digger truck (model 9000-6). The recalled "10-IN-1 Wood Activity Trunk" is a wood box with a removable lid. The trunk measures about 7-inches wide by 8 ½-inches high by 14 ½-inches long. The toy set provides 10 different activities, including a pounding bench, puzzle, stacking rings, bead maze/runner, wood alphabet blocks, wood stacking blocks of various shapes, wood train engine, and plastic building blocks. One side of the trunk contains an abacus with five rows of colored beads. The other side of the trunk contains the shape sorter and pictures of a yellow tiger and purple bear with building blocks. The recalled Mountain Buggy Urban Single strollers have item number U1204-002, and serial numbers between 000000 and 012893. The recalled Mountain Buggy Urban Double strollers have item number U2204-002, and serial numbers between 000000 and 006957. The recalled Mountain Buggy Breeze strollers have item number B1204-002, and serial numbers between 000000 and 000191. The serial number and model number are on the back of the metal plate. The immersion heaters are portable chrome-plated steel heaters with a white plastic handle and mug hook used for warming tea, coffee, soup, or other liquids. The recall involves a one-inch gas ball shut-off valve sold as a Watts Series GBV two-piece, Brass Gas Ball Valve used in commercial and residential applications for manufactured natural gas and liquid propane (LP) gas piping systems. The valves feature a brass ball and stem, teflon seats and packing, brass end piece and a zinc alloy handle. They have a date code of 0511 cast into the body of the valve. Some 0511 body date code valves were among 1,225 valves shipped to 43 Watts' customers' locations between July 9, 2005 and August 8, 2005. Of these 1,225 valves, all but 9 valves shipped to 6 commercial customers have been recovered or accounted for. Read more.

Each candle has a black paint coating and has eight diamond-like ornaments at evenly spaced points approximately 1-inch from the candle's bottom edge. They are packaged in clear plastic wrapping which is tied at the top with a ribbon.
