The recalled hockey goalie masks and replacement wires are non-certified models with a cat-eye design and have the word "ITECH" printed on the sides and front of the mask. The ITECH Profile 2100, 1100 and 8.0 goalie masks came in black or white. A label identifying the model and size (medium or large) is affixed to the rear crown of the helmet. In addition, the back of the helmet has a large red triangular warning label. The ITECH RP607 and RP609 replacement wires are black, white and chrome and include a unique side attachment design – they are attached to the helmet/mask by four screws and posts without the use of any additional clips. The recall includes 6.5 ounce, individually packaged candle tins that are 3-1/4 inches wide and 2 inches tall with an approximate burn time of 35 hours. The lidded tins are silver with fragrance name labels on the side. Fragrances include Sandalwood, Suede, Mulberry, Seaside Breeze, Hawaiian Delight, Carrot Cake, Fresh Peach, Baked Apple Pie, Vanilla Crème and Lemon Torte. Read more.

The recalled cables typically were installed in data centers and other commercial applications. The part numbers for the recalled cables are 39419-50 (25-pair, category 5e); 30171-100 (50-pair, category 5e); and 30105-50 (25-pair, category 5). Only HCM brand cables with the following lot numbers are affected by this recall: AE589 and A4309 through A5551. The part number and lot number are printed on the jacket of the cables. Read more.

The recalled children's folding chairs are made of metal tubing with a padded seat. They were sold in red, blue, yellow and green colors either individually or as part of a set consisting of a table and two, four, or six chairs. Each chair is about 22-inches high, 10-inches wide, and about 11-inches deep. "MANUFACTURED BY ZHANGZHOU STEEL TUBE FURNITURE FACTORY" is written on a label underneath the seat of the chairs. The recalled lithium ion batteries are used with the following computers: 12-inch iBook G4, 12-inch PowerBook G4 and 15-inch PowerBook G4. The recalled batteries include those with model numbers A1061, A1078 and A1079 and serial numbers that begin with HQ441 through HQ507 or 3X446 through 3X510. Consumers should remove the battery from the computer to view the model and serial numbers labeled on the bottom of the unit. No other PowerBook or iBook batteries are involved in this recall. The recall circular saws include the BOSCH CS10, CS20 and CS20-XC models, which can be identified on the product nameplate mounted on the top of the motor housing. The recalled models do not have an asterisk (*) in the serial number box. The circular saw uses a 7¼-inch blade and has a blue handle and motor enclosure, and a metal guarding system. The recalled fuel is used for outdoor cooking stoves. "MSR® SuperFuel™" is printed on the label and is packaged in red metal cans. "SUPERFUEL, MSR Cleanest-Burning Liquid Fuel for MSR Stoves," and "32 FL OZ/1 Quart/.946 Liter" are printed across the front of the can. The recall includes Kydex Belt and Tactical Holsters with thumb break fits for Glock model handguns. The holsters are rigid and are made of black Kydex and come with tension screws for a proper fit. The words, “Uncle Mike’s by Michaels of Oregon” are printed on the back of the holster. The recall involves sizes 12, 21, and 25, which is printed on the inside of the holster between the two screws securing the holster to the belt slide. Read more.

The recall includes six different multi-colored, solid wooden push toys, including an airplane, tractor, dump truck, fire truck, and a two-piece circus train with train cars and a tow truck with family van. The vehicles are constructed with a bendable flap that allows the toys to "wiggle" back and forth. The dump truck, circus train with train cars and tow truck with family van have white magnets on the front and back to hold the push toys together. All the toys have rubber rings on the tires. The recalled push toys are intended for children 12 months and older. There is no writing on the push toys. Read more.

The recalled pacifier measures about 2-1/4 inches in width and 1-1/2 inches in length and has button or hinged handles. The pacifiers are white with various colored handles. Designs are imprinted on some pacifier shields. One pacifier shield is decorated with a pink elephant, a purple giraffe with green polka dots, a blue lion with yellow fur and a blue cloud and yellow sun. Another pacifier shield has blue stars with Santa shapes. The amber colored nipple, imprinted with the words "caoui," "chouc" and "pur," is about 1-1/8 inches long. "Lov 2-Pack," "Decorated Orthodontic Pacifier," and "97705" are printed on the front packaging of the pacifiers. "Delta Enterprise Corp., Brooklyn NY 11212 Made in Thailand" is printed on the package back. Read more.

The 4-inch-high white plastic cleaning solution bottle is labeled "Video Head Cleaning Fluid" or "Cleaning Liquid for HEAD CLEANER." The recalled Lil' Wagster Dragster toy is an electronic push toy for children 1-year-old and up. It has a green race car base with red wheels and a blue handle that extends up for the child to hold. The words "Fisher-Price" are stamped in red on the handle unit, while the number "3" is stamped in yellow on the front of the race car base. The push toy has a model number of B0335, which is printed on the underside of the toy's race car base. Read more.

The recalled Grow-To-Pro® Pogo sticks are traditional pogo sticks with a round, removable base, two foot pegs and handles and the words "Grow to Pro Pogo" stamped on the front of the product. They come in two colors: green (model number 73386) and pink (model number 77356). The model number can be found underneath the pogo stick's foot pegs. This recall includes green pogo sticks manufactured through August 1, 2004, and all pink pogo sticks. Green pogo sticks manufactured after August 1, 2004, are not included in this recall and are marked with a round, green sticker underneath the foot peg. Pink pogo sticks are no longer manufactured. The recall involves all Dimension-brand road and mountain threadless bicycle stems with a 130 degree rise. The stems are black or silver and have the word "Dimension" painted on the extension. Only models SM2330 to SM2333, SM4555 to SM4558, SM4567, and SM4570 to SM4573 are included in this recall. The model numbers are printed on the original packaging. These handlebar stems all have a 130-degree "high rise" but vary in extension length. Read more.
