The recall includes Rival® Crock-Pot® slow cookers with model numbers 3040, 3735, 5025, 5070 and 5445. The model number is printed on the UL label located on the bottom of the base. The recalled Rival® slow cooker has a removable ceramic bowl that sits inside of a metal base. The Rival® logo is printed on the front of the unit above the control knob. The bases are round or oval shaped and were sold in various colors and designs. A date code is stamped on the side of one prong of the power plug. The first two digits represent the week of manufacture and the last two digits represent the year of manufacture. Any plug with a date code from 0199 (1st week of 1999) to 3504 (35th week of 2004) is included in this recall or the previous recall. Read more.

This recall includes Sportcraft Tredex 6.0, TX 440 and TX 550 treadmills. These 155- to 170-pound motorized treadmills are gray in color and can be folded upright for storage. The name "Sportcraft" and product identification of "Tredex 6.0", "TX 440" or "TX 550" are printed on the control console of the treadmill. Read more.

The recall includes model year 2005 Polaris "900 Fusion," "900 RMK," and "900 Switchback" snowmobiles with model numbers: S05PL8DSD, S05PM8DS(A)(B), S05PN8DS, S05PS8DS, S05PM8DS(A)(B)(C), S05PL8DS(A)(B)(C). The snowmobile model and serial number identification decal is located on the right-front side decal of the tunnel. The recalled kid's folding chairs are made of metal tubing with a vinyl padded seat and seat back. They were sold in red, blue, yellow, green, pink, and lavender solid colors. They also come in pink with "Princess" printed in red on the seat and seat back along with stars, crowns and hearts, or in blue with pictures of basketballs, soccer balls, footballs, football helmets, and rollerblades. The recalled chairs were sold individually or as part of a set consisting of a table and two chairs. Each chair is about 22-inches high, 13.5-inches wide, and about 11.5-inches deep. "MANUFACTURED BY FOURSTAR GROUP INC." OR "IMPORTED BY FOURSTAR INTERNATIONAL TRADING COMPANY" is written on a label located underneath the seat of the chairs. Read more.

The recalled wooden Walker Wagon has a push handle and removable wooden stake sides. It is 22-inches long, 12-inches wide and 16 ½-inches high at the top of the handle. The Walker Wagon body is red and has the name “Radio Flyer” in white lettering on each side. The recalled Walker Wagons have black plastic clickers that make a clicking sound when the plastic wheels turn. The clickers are located between the rear wheels and the wagon. The Walker Wagon is intended for children 1 to 4 years old. The Walker Wagons with clear plastic clickers are not included in this recall. Read more.

These jackets are light blue denim with two breast pockets, a gray knit hood and gray knit sleeves. The buttons have “BABY” written on the front. A red and white “A” patch is sewn on the front, a blue “3” decal is on one sleeve and a red football is on the other sleeve. The recall included jackets sold in sizes 2 months through 18 months. Style number “432740” is written on the laundry care tag inside the jacket. “H&M” is written on the collar label. Read more.

This Alert involves all Kidde 10 lb. dry chemical fire extinguishers manufactured with a black plastic Zytel® nylon valve assembly and a steel cylinder between 1991 and 2000. These units were the subject of Kidde Service Bulletin 007 issued on July 21, 2004. These units were designed for commercial and industrial applications, and the majority of these units were placed into service in factories, plants, businesses and other commercial locations as they require service by a qualified Fire Extinguisher Distributor or Service Organization every 6 years. Some of these units are in use in residential settings. The affected extinguishers have a steel cylinder with a welded neck ring and are between 19 to 21 inches tall as depicted in the image below. This Alert does not apply to Kidde’s smaller 2 1/2 and 5 lb. residential fire extinguishers. Read more.

Aero bars are handlebar extensions typically used on racing and triathlon bicycles that either clip on to the handlebars or are sold as an integrated handlebar and stem system. The aero bars allow riders to ride in an aerodynamic crouching position. The recalled aero bars are an integrated system which have a casted aluminum centerpiece which are attached to a handlebar, a stem and two aero bars each approximately 15 inches long, protruding in front of the handlebar. The VisionTech logo is displayed in gold lettering against a black background on the wings of the bar. Bicycle aero bars bearing a silver and red decal on the wings with the words "Vision by Full Speed Ahead" are not included in this recall. Read more.

The recall includes four-piece "So Hot Way Cool Free Wheel" Truck sets. Various trucks sold in the sets include a combination of fire trucks, oil trucks, vegetable trucks, sanitation trucks, tow trucks and box trucks. Writing on the trucks includes, "EMERGENCY" or "CITY SERVICE." The words "So Hot Way Cool Free Wheel Truck" and the item number 204 02 0838 are written on the packaging. Read more.

The recalled Tiki® Cone Metal Torch is a 6-foot long, outdoor, open-flame lamp consisting of a black metal pole topped by a copper-colored, cone-shaped metal head. A black decorative rod spirals around the head of the torch. The torch head includes the fuel reservoir, cover and wick. It was sold under Lamplight Farms model numbers 1263 and 126301 and Wal-Mart item numbers 1656121 and 1691366. Both items were sold with the same UPC number 086861012635, which is located on the bottom of the printed hangtag. Read more.

The recalled strollers have a metal frame and a cloth seat with a sun canopy. The strollers were sold in a variety of solid colors, including navy, red, black, silver and orange. A metal plate above the footrest shows the Mountain Buggy logo with “Mountain Buggy” written underneath. “URBAN” also is written on the metal plates. The recalled Mountain Buggy Urban Single strollers have item number U1204-002, and serial numbers between 000000 and 0003342. The recalled Mountain Buggy Urban Double strollers have item number U2204-002, and serial numbers between 000000 and 006957. The serial number and model number are on the back of the metal plate. The products are two hard balls that meant to produce a snapping or popping sound when hit together. Each package contains a pair of blaster balls that are about 1.25-inches in diameter and were sold in assorted colors. The recall involves 10 “Pokédoll” plush toy characters including Pikachu, Minun, Plusle, Skitty, Evee, Munchlax, Mew, Ho-Oh, and Lugia. Pikachu comes in a 12-inch and a 6-inch tall version. All of the other characters are approximately 6-inches tall. They have a sewn-in label that reads: “Pokémon Center ©2005 Pokémon /Nintendo /Creatures/ GAME FREAK” on one side and “2005 MADE IN CHINA” on the other. Read more.

These 2003 Rolf Prima Vigor and Elan wheels were sold in a front and rear wheel set. Only the rear wheel is affected. "Rolf Prima Vigor" or "Rolf Prima Elan" are written on the wheel rim. The wheel models have serial numbers between 03926 and 06586. The serial number is located on the rim, under the yellow rim tape and is not visible from the outside of the wheel. These lawn tractors have a 6-speed MST206-545C Peerless transaxle and a 17.5, 18, 18.5 or 19 horsepower engine. The recalled tractor and transaxle model number information is located below the tractor seat (see Figure 1), and on the transaxle housing (see Figure 2). The recalled transaxles have a date of manufacture code (DOM) between 4275 and 5047 followed by the letter "G", which can be found on the Transaxle ID Label (see Figure 3). Read more.

The affected vehicles have serial number prefixes beginning with the two-letter combination CE, CF, PE, PF, PQ or PR. The Nautilus NT 1020 is a free-standing exercise bench typically used for free weight workouts. It is comprised of a white steel base with wheels on one end, with a black vinyl bench and back support. The fronts of both the white base and the black vinyl back support are stamped with the name “Nautilus.” A tag affixed to the reverse side of the back support includes “Distributed by Nautilus/Schwinn Fitness Group Inc.” and “Made in China.” At the bottom of the product’s base, near its wheels, is a sticker that includes the words “Production Date Code” and a 4-digit number. The first three digits of the date code identify the day and the fourth digit identifies the year in which the unit was built. Units included in this recall have Production Date Codes from year 2002 that run between code numbers 1952 and 3652, and Production Date Codes from year 2003 that run between code numbers 0013 and 1903. The recalled 9-inch ATV aftermarket rear wheels have a model number of 0990 YHR. The rear wheels were manufactured from February 15, 2005 through May 2005. The recalled wheel can be used as the rear wheel on ATVs having the following bolt patterns: four bolts on a 110mm circle or four bolts on a 115mm circle. The center section of the wheel is made of aluminum and has eight bolt holes. Read more.
