Apollo® Item #VWBUL44 (Office Depot Model #177-446) is steel, has a pyramid design, has three shelves, stands 44 inches high and comes with a three-outlet electrical assembly, including a cord-winding bracket. The affected Model VWBUL44 Carts have a model number tag on the underside of the top shelf that reads: "SC: 18" and a date code "REF" date code of 07/26/05 or later. Read more.

The recalled exercise benches are free-standing and typically used for free weight workouts. They have white, gray, or black steel bases, with a black vinyl bench seat and backrest. The Hoist "5 Position Fold-Up Bench," "Folding Flat Bench," and "Folding Ab-Crunch Bench" are included in this recall. Although the bench names and model numbers do not appear on the benches, the serial number is located on a white sticker behind the seat of the bench. The recalled boots are sold under the Georgia Boot brand name and include style numbers G1623 and G1624. The style numbers appear on sewn-in labels inside the boot. These boots come in brown, rust, beige, and brown Nubuck, which is a light, brushed, full-grain leather, with black or tan nylon mesh and are fully lined with breathable moisture wicking material. The hooks and eyelets are set on steel washers with a rubber sole. The Georgia Boot brand name appears on the outer tongue label and the backstrap webbing. Read more.

The recalled strollers have a metal frame and a cloth seat with a sun canopy. The strollers were sold in a variety of colors including: midnight blue, navy, red, black, silver and orange. The recalled Mountain Buggy Urban Single strollers have item number U1204-002, and serial numbers between 000000 and 015276. The recalled Mountain Buggy Urban Double strollers have item number U2204-002, and serial numbers between 000000 and 009221. The recalled Mountain Buggy Breeze strollers have item number B1204-001, and serial numbers between 000000 and 000191. The serial number and model number are on the back of the metal plate. The hair dryers recalled are the Eusonic models numbers 9318, 9329, and 2218. The model numbers are imprinted on the opposite side of the handle from where the slide switch is situated. The recalled product is an egg-shaped tea light candle holder sold under style numbers 2C0755A, 2C0755B, and 2C0755C. The tea light holder came in the colors sky blue, pool blue and lavender. These camming anchors or "Alien Cams" are devices used as both a precautionary measure to stop a climber in the event of falls, or it is used to actually support the climber. Climbers insert the device into cracks or crevasses in rock and it grips the sides of the crack. The recalled units are marked with a small center punch dimple at the base of the round ball where the axle goes through the cable eye. The YDP213 Digital Piano is black with a black and white keyboard and brown trim. The bench is black with a cushioned seat. The serial number and "Made in China" is stamped on the underside of the seat. The YDP213 Digital Piano and BC-104DR(U) Keyboard Bench are sold together with the bench boxed within the piano box. The round, black mini-trampoline measures 36 inches across and has six 7 ½-inch long metal legs. The mini-trampoline is used for in-place jogging and other cardiovascular exercises. Most mini-trampolines that have model numbers containing 35-1625 are included in the recall. Model 35-1625C and 35-1625CW units are not included in the recall. The battery is included as a power source for the MAX Wireless Conference Phone Models 910-158-001 and 910-158-070. The model number is located on the product ID label on the underside of the MAX Wireless Conference Phone Pod. The phone is black, six-sided and has a domed speaker in the center. "Clear One Max" is written on the top of the phone. The recalled battery pack is green and is located in the battery compartment on the underside of the Max phone pod. The recall involves the TWD rechargeable nickel metal hydride battery pack with model number TH-AA2200. The battery pack's model number "TH-AA2200," "TWD NI-MH Battery," and "7.2v AA2200mAH" are printed on the side of the battery. The battery pack is also sold separately. Read more.

LandRoller skates have two oversized wheels on each skate that are angled inward, which is designed to help the user keep balanced on cracked pavement and uneven surfaces. The recalled LandRoller brand skates are the "Terra 9" model manufactured between July 2005 and December 2005. The date of manufacture can be determined from the serial number, which is written on a white sticker attached to the upper inside of the right boot's plastic ankle cuff. Serial numbers beginning with "L050" are included in the recall. The brand name is on the skate's tongue and model is on the skate's rear heel area. Women's skates are purple and gray and sold in sizes 6 through 11. Men's skates are blue and black and sold in sizes 5 through 12. Read more.

This recall involves portable projectors designed for use with laptop computers, and a replacement lamp module sold for use with these projectors. The recalled bed rest is designed to support a person sitting in bed. It is beige and consists of a back, two foldable armrests with a cup holder and massage controls, and a headrest with a reading light attached. "Imported by Brookstone Company" is printed on a tag attached to the bed rest. The massaging bed rest also provides heat at a single setting. A curly beige cord is attached to the back lower left corner of the bed rest. On some of the bed rests, "SKU NO: 431254" is printed on a round metal plate where the curly beige cord plugs into the bed rest.
