The trim assemblies include a 7 3/4-inch white plastic ring, a glass lens and a metal reflector. Affected models were made in China and have model numbers: TL60 and TL62. This recall involves the e3 Buggy which is a three-wheeled stroller with a black steel tubing frame. It is sold in a variety of fabric colors. An additional seat, known as a "Doubles Kit," can be added directly behind the main stroller's seat allowing a second child to ride in the stroller. This seat can either be added on top of the stroller's frame or attached on top of the rear axle in the lower position. When used in the lower position, a seated child can reach the wheels. These DEWALT cut-out tools are yellow and black, and have model number DW660 written on their nameplate, which is located on the body of the unit. The recalled tools were manufactured between January 2006 and September 2006, and have date codes ranging from 200601 to 200639. The date code also is located on the tool's nameplate. Units with a "V" stamped on the nameplate are not included in this recall. Read more.

The recalled feeding spoons were sold under the brand name "BABYBJÖRN," which is printed along the front side of the spoon's handle. The spoons were sold in one package containing two spoons. The spoons are about 6-1/2 inches in length, with a soft, flexible plastic tip sold in two color combinations: blue/red or green/yellow. Read more.

This recall involves cordless DEWALT DC305 model reciprocating saws with date codes 200601-49 through 200640-49. They are yellow and black and about 18 inches long. Model and serial numbers included in this recall are listed below and are located on the rating plate. The boilers have a two-tone, red and gray jacket enclosure with the controls and piping on the right side of the unit. The recalled toy helicopters are remote-controlled lightweight plastic toy helicopters. The helicopter is sold with a control unit, a charger and rechargeable batteries in the body of the toy. The body of the helicopter measures about 13 inches in length and the rotor diameter is about 10 inches. The helicopter is yellow and red with green rotors. The helicopter has a label on the front that reads "Champion HX242 Electric Power Helicopter." Read more.

The wrist straps are sold with Nintendo's Wii video game system (pronounced "we"). Its controller, called the Wii Remote, is shaped like a TV remote. Sensors determine the Wii Remote's position in 3-D space, which means that a tennis swing, for example, is done through movement of a consumer's hand rather than by just fingers and thumbs. The recall includes General Duty 30 and 60 ampere, 240 volt, 1 phase and 3 phase NEMA 3R safety switches. The switches are typically used to control the flow of electricity to outdoor motorized units that are hardwired to a household or business' electrical system such as outdoor air conditioning and heating (HVAC) equipment. The switches contain "ON" and "OFF" positions. The "OFF" position is designed to cut the flow of electricity to an outdoor motorized unit to protect the person who is servicing the unit. The sit harnesses are worn around climber's waist and legs and attach to climbing ropes to protect climbers from falling. The harnesses have three buckles including one on the waist belt and one on each leg loop. "Edelweiss" is printed on the waist belt.
