Avalanche Airbags Recalled by Snowpulse Due to Risk of Injury

This recall involves Snowpulse Avalanche airbags with inflation-system 1.0 air cartridges. The airbags are used for skiing, snowmobiling and mountain climbing to help keep the user above the surface if an avalanche occurs. Model year 2008 to 2010 airbag cartridges are included in this recall. The packs are between 15 and 45 liters and have the "Snowpulse" logo printed on them. The metal cartridge is inside the pack and unscrews from the airbag. Cartridges using inflation system 1.0 gauges can be identified by the pin inside the threaded fitting on the side of the cartridge. The recalled bicycle handlebars, intended for high-end road racing bikes, are compact and drop-shaped . The handlebars are sold separately and they have two labels with "Pro Vibe" logo directly printed on them. The model number appears on the bar code sticker on the packaging and serial numbers are printed on a label inside the tube of the handlebar. This recall includes Tektro TL-83 brake levers sold on 2012 S-Works Shiv bicycle frame modules, 2012 S-Works Shiv TT bicycle frame modules, and sold as aftermarket service parts for these modules. The TL-83 is a version of the TL-720 brake lever, modified with a quick release slot at the top of the lever arm and designed exclusively for use with aerodynamic handlebars (aerobars) sold as original equipment on these modules. This recall involves two-wheeled youth and adult Huffy, Iron Horse, Mongoose, Northwoods, Pacific, Razor, and Schwinn bicycles measuring 20" or more. They were assembled on-site at Meijer stores by Serv-U-Success of Grandville, Mich. The bicycles were sold between March 2012 and August 2012 and have a Serv-U-Success assembly sticker attached. This recall does not include bicycles with Serv-U-Success assembly stickers written in green marker. The Serv-U-Success assembly sticker is located on the bottom of the bicycle frame between the pedals or on the back of the frame facing the rear tire. The night lights measure about 2 inches wide by 2 ½ inches long. Model number “ENLPLROT” and date codes between 0110 (for January 2010) through 0111 (for January 2011) are included in this recall. The model number is stamped onto the side of the night light. The date code is stamped in a circle on the back of the night light. Gerber Recalls Machetes Due to Laceration Hazard

The recalled product is a curved blade machete with an overall length of 19.5 inches and a blade length of 13.5 inches. The handle is a dark gray textured rubber grip with wrist lanyard, orange trim and a stylized "BG" on it. The blade is marked with the "GERBER®" trademark and a stylized Bear Grylls trademark. The machete comes in a black nylon sheath with orange and gray trim. The machetes were sold separately or as one of the products in Gerber's Apocalypse Survival Kit. The model numbers are on the package. Model numbers are: 31-000698, which has "Survival Series" printed on the package; and 31-001507, which was sold only at Walmart. Model number 30-0006010 is for the Apocalypse Survival Kit, which includes a Parang machete among other items in a foldable black cloth case with "GERBER" printed in orange on the inside right. The bottom of the Bumbo seat is round and flat with a diameter of about 15 inches. It is constructed of a single piece of molded foam and comes in various colors. The seat has leg holes and the seat back wraps completely around the child. On the front of the seat in raised lettering is the word "Bumbo" with the image of an elephant on top. The bottom of the seat has the following words: "Manufactured by Bumbo South Africa Material: Polyurethane World Patent No. PCT: ZA/1999/00030." Two types of pajamas are being recalled: a long-sleeved nightgown and a set consisting of a long-sleeved shirt and long pants. The long-sleeved nightgown, Style 14, is cotton knit with multi-colored polka dots. The sleeves and hem are ruffled. The shirt and pants set, Style 15 or Style 314RG, is cotton with a red and white gingham print pattern and white piping on the collar, sleeves and pant legs. The shirt has four buttons. The garments were sold in sizes 12 months through size 14.
