This recall involves four models of White-Rodgers digital thermostats. The thermostats are white with blue lighted screens and have one of the following names printed on the front of them: "COMFORTSENTRY," "DICO," "Emerson," "Frigidaire," "Maytag," "Nutone," "Partners Choice," "Rheem," "Ruud," "Unico," "Water Furnace," "Westinghouse," "White-Rodgers" or "Zonefirst." The thermostats have a battery door on the top left corner. There are three or four buttons to the right and also below the thermostat screen. Recalled thermostats do not show a battery icon on the left side of the blue lighted screen. Read more.

This recall involves Blade 700 X Pro Series Kit, Pro Series Combo and the replacement spindle set. The kits and combos come with parts to assemble a radio-controlled helicopter. When assembled, the helicopter is about 53 inches long and 15.5 inches tall and weighs about 12 pounds. It has a blue, yellow, black and silver canopy with the 700 X logo on each side, two white skids, a black tail boom with the word Blade on each side, a tail rotor and a main rotor assembly with two blades. The rotor blades are black and gray with the word Revolution on each. The defective washer is flat and silver and about 1/2 inch in diameter. It is used to hold the two main rotor blade grips in place on the helicopter. The recalled Pro Series Kit is model number BLH5725 and includes the helicopter canopy and the mechanical parts necessary to build the helicopter without the main rotor blades or electronics. The recalled Pro Series Combo is model number BLH5725C and includes the helicopter canopy, the mechanical parts necessary to build the helicopter, the main rotor blades, a receiver, servos and motor. The recalled replacement spindle set is model number BLH5703 and includes two spindle shafts, two screws and four washers. This recall involves Vibe USB mobile power bars also known as portable USB power supply or portable chargers. The power bars were sold in black, white, blue, green, pink and purple. The rectangular-shaped power bars measure one square inch by three inches long and have a cord with key ring attached at the end. "Power Bank" is embossed on the face of the device. "Vibe" and "Power Bar" are printed on the front of the black packaging along with an image of the device in one of the six colors. This recall involves 11 styles of FXR child/youth outerwear jackets and hoodies for both boys and girls. They come in sizes 2 through 12. The jackets and hoodies are made of polyester or a blend of cotton/polyester and they have a front zip closure with knit elastic or Velcro adjustable cuffs. A drawstring is around the neck of the jackets and hoodies. The hoodies come in a variety of color combinations; such as red, purple, grey, red/black/white, green/black, and black. The jackets come in pink/white and in solid blue and pink. The name of the recalled product is located on the content care label which is sewn into the neck area of the garment. This recall involves model year 2014 KLX110 and KLX110L off-road motorcycles. The motorcycles have a 110 cubic centimeter engine, a green fuel tank, shroud cover and fenders, a black seat and white side covers. "Kawasaki" is on both sides of the shroud cover. Model numbers are on both side covers directly beneath the seat. KLX110 models have an automatic clutch, a shift pedal and no clutch lever on the handlebars. The seat height for these models is about 27 inches. KLX110L models have a manual clutch, a shift pedal and a clutch lever on the handlebars. The seat height for these models is about 29 inches. The emission label located below the handlebar and behind the number plate on the steering head states that it is a 2014 model. Read more.

This recall involves girl's "Sugarfly" brand peacoat. The double breasted wool and polyester garment comes with a waist drawstring sewn into the outside seam of the garment. The SKU number is printed on a hang tag attached to the lantern. The lantern is a three-dimension star-shape made of gold-toned metal and glass. The recalled shoes are six inches tall, brown leather, steel-toed shoes with dark brown padding at the ankles sold under the Georgia Boot brand name. On the outward side, the boots have a tag with the words "Met-Guard" at the stitching and the Georgia Boot logo near the heel. A white label on inside of the tongue of the recalled boots have the Georgia Boot logo, the product number "G9075" on the left side, a date code between 01-12 and 10-13 in the MM-YY format on the right side, and the words "Men's Georgia Metatarsal 6" Brown." The GunBox™ is an aluminum, square, clam-shaped case with an RFID scanner with a T-shaped logo on the top center of the box and two USB ports for charging devices. Pink Holland and Pink Spot were sold as a short-sleeve top with shorts set and a long-sleeve top and pant set. The recalled tool chests are about 72 inches long, 37½ inches high and 19 inches deep. They are made of stainless steel with a 1½-inch thick wooden block top and with ten storage drawers on the left and center in a variety of heights. The right side has a cabinet with shelves and peg board to hang tools on the inside of the door. The chest stands on swivel caster wheels and has handles on each end that can be used to move the unit. This recall is for all Dyson Hot heaters and Dyson Hot+Cool heaters having model number AM04 and all Dyson Hot+Cool heaters with model number AM05. The heaters are 23 inches tall with a round base and an upper body shaped like an elongated ring. The heaters have no external fan blades. They are made of plastic and were available in the colors silver, black and silver, blue and gray, gray and silver, pink and gray, purple and gray, and white and gray.
