This recall involves all Trident Series 2 ultraviolet sanitation systems for pools. The sanitation systems are a gray tube that stands 32 inches high by 11 inches in diameter. They are plumbed into the pool's water circulation pipes and plugged in or hard-wired into an electrical system. The pool's water runs through the unit and is sanitized by ultraviolet lamps. This is a secondary sanitation system used in conjunction with chemical sanitizers such as chlorine or bromine. "Trident Ultraviolet Corporation," "Series 2" and "UV Ultraviolet Sanitation System" are printed on a black label on the front of the units. "Trident Series 2 Ultraviolet Water Treatment System" and a series of letters for the date code are printed on a silver sticker on the units. This recall involves Holmes oscillating ceramic heaters sold in black, purple, red, blue and white. The rectangular heaters included in the recall are about 12 inches tall, 8 ½ inches wide and 5 ½ inches deep and have model number HCH1823M printed on a label on the bottom of the product. The "Holmes" logo is on the bottom front of the unit and two knobs controlling the fan and the thermostat are on the top. The heater adjusts between a high and low heat setting and a fan only setting. Read more.

This recall involves bébé brand baby food makers manufactured by Hamilton Beach. The baby food maker is a small food processor. It has a white and gray motor base with an orange control knob, a clear plastic, five-cup food bowl and a gray-colored food bowl lid with a built-in food chute. "Hamilton Beach" and "bébé" are on the front of the motor base. The food maker comes with the following accessories: a chopping and mixing blade, a slicing and shredding disc, a removable motor shaft adapter, a food pusher, a three-cup steaming basket, 10 storage containers and two storage container caddies. This recall involves the Quantum® series ELM and ELM2 emergency light fixtures. They are about 12.5-inches wide, 5-inches high and 3.75-inches deep in white or black plastic and have two incandescent lights and a rechargeable lead acid battery. ELM or ELM2 appears on the label inside the fixture's plastic housing above the battery. The recalled units have circuit boards that are green on both sides and either Rev B or Rev C printed in the top left corner. This recall involves Precision Shooting Equipment's TAC Elite, TAC Ordnance and Enigma crossbows. The TAC Elite Crossbow is black with a 22-inch wide bow. The crossbow has split limbs made of fiberglass. Cam pulleys are mounted between the upper and lower halves of both limbs. "PSE Archery" is printed on the outer side of the upper and lower halves of both limbs. It has an aluminum rail/barrel, a pistol grip and an M-4 carbine style adjustable stock that allows the crossbow length to be extended from 41.5 inches to 45 inches. The PSE logo and the model name are on an emblem mounted above the trigger housing on the left side of the crossbow. The crossbow comes with a bipod, a scope and three arrows. TAC Elite crossbows with serial numbers 2097056 through 2134901 are being recalled. The TAC Ordnance Crossbow is black with a 22-inch wide bow. The crossbow has split limbs made of fiberglass. Cam pulleys are mounted between the upper and lower halves of both limbs. "PSE Archery" is printed on the outer side of the upper and lower halves of both limbs. It is 34.75 inches long with aluminum rails and does not have a trigger housing or a stock. The PSE logo and the model name are on an emblem mounted near the rear of the left side of the crossbow. The crossbow comes with a bipod, a scope and three arrows. TAC Elite crossbows with serial numbers 2121938 through 2133384 are being recalled. Serial numbers for the TAC Elite and TAC Ordnance are engraved directly above the hand grip. The Enigma crossbow is camouflage colored. It has a 20-inch wide bow with a black stirrup attached to the front. The crossbow has split limbs made of fiberglass. Cam pulleys are mounted between the upper and lower halves of both limbs. It has aluminum rails, a pistol grip and a rifle style stock with an adjustable butt plate that allows the crossbow length to be extended from 40.5 inches to 44.75 inches. The PSE logo and the model name are on an emblem mounted above the trigger housing on the left side of the crossbow. This recall involves Commercial Electric brand basic hanging shop lights that use two, 48-inch, two-pin, T8, fluorescent lamps. The recalled shop light is a metal light fixture with four plastic lamp sockets and a white finish. It is 48 inches long, 4.25 inches wide and 2.5 inches high and has two 10.5-inch long chains for hanging. The lamp sockets must be snapped into place during installation. The recall includes the Bristle Builders® for Toddlers sets sold with 52 plastic pieces consisting of building pieces and three animal figures. The animal figures include a yellow duck with a purple round base, a brown horse with a blue round base and a pink pig with a round green base. The building pieces include circle, rectangle, square and triangle-shaped pieces in different colors with a green 8" by 4.5" rectangle base. This recall involves Office Depot® Gibson Leather Task Chairs. The black, armless, adjustable chairs have a black base with five wheels. The affected chairs have the SKU number 105479 and the registration numbers PA 27248 (CN), PA 25498 (CN), PA 25276 (HK) or CA 35181 (RC) that can be found next to the words "Made in China" which is printed on a label located on the underside of the seats. This recall includes all Nest Protect Smoke + CO alarms. The alarms are made of black or white plastic and are about 5.25 inches square with rounded corners and about 1.5 inches deep. The word "nest" is on a large button on the face of the alarm. Consumers can enable the alarms to be controlled by a computer or a smartphone over a wireless network. The alarms have a Nest Wave feature, which allows users to temporarily silence some alerts or cancel a manual test by vigorously waving an arm near the unit that triggered the alarm. Nest Protect Smoke + CO alarms came from the factory with the Nest Wave feature enabled and with the slider button in the "On" position in Nest Protect Settings. Read more.

The recall involves adult portable bed handles that do not have safety retention straps to secure the bed handle to the bed frame to keep the bed handle from shifting out of place and creating a dangerous gap. Recalled models include the Original Bedside Assistant® (BA10W), the Travel Handles™ (BA11W) which is sold as a set of two bed handles, and the Adjustable Bedside Assistant® (AJ1). The L-shaped bed handles are made out of ¾ inch tubular steel, measure 20 inches wide, 16 to 20 inches tall and have 3 ft. poles that extend under the mattress. The Original Bedside Assistant® (BA10W) and the Travel Handles™ (BA11W) have a white handle with white poles that go under the mattress. The Adjustable Bedside Assistant® (AJ1) is gold in color and has a black cushioned foam handle. This recall involves all Wiremold and Plugmold under-cabinet power and lighting strips with part number PX1001. The recalled power strips have four outlets and one fluorescent light and were manufactured from January 2011 through December 2013. From January 2011 through June 2012, the power strip came in a red package with the words "Legrand" and "Under Cabinet Power and Lighting" on the top front and "Wiremold-Series Part PX1001" on the bottom front. From July 2012 to April 2013, the power strip came in a white package with the word "Legrand" on the top front and "Plugmold Power Light," "Under-Cabinet Power and Lighting" and "PX1001" on the bottom front. The manufacture date code is on the bottom of the recalled power strip in a circle with the year shown as "11," "12" or "13" in the center and an arrow pointing to the number representing the month. This recall involves StyleCraft Home Collection stretcher benches sold in espresso with linen cloth. The two-person benches have a cushioned seat upholstered with linen fabric that is fastened with burnished brass tacks. The espresso-stained wooden legs have an x-shaped support. The benches measure about 44 inches long, 18 inches wide and 17 inches high. Made in China and part number SF1918AMM are printed on the bottom of the bench. Read more.

The recall includes felt Easter baskets with scalloped edges and a handle. The felt baskets were sold in five colors including blue, two shades of green and two shades of pink. Specific bicycle models included in the recall are Alpenchallenge AC01 105 Tiagra, Alpenchallenge AC01 Rival, Masschallenge MC01 Team and the Urbanchallenge UC01 Alfine 11. Both the Alpenchallenge and Urbanchallenge bicycles include the 2012 and 2013 model years. The Masschallenge bicycle includes model year 2012. The model year is printed on the top tube of the bike. The date code is stamped on the underside of the lantern. A Coleman logo sticker is affixed to the front of the lantern base. The green lanterns measure about 13" tall by 7" wide by 7" deep. The Aman Trunk is a wooden storage trunk measuring 38 inches wide by 18 inches high by 18 inches deep. The sides have a natural finish with a deep red painted front panel that is surrounded by decorative metal trim with a metal plate for securing a padlock. There are chains on the interior to keep the hinged dark wood lid attached to the trunk body. The sides of the trunk have metal handles for lifting. The trunk stands on four carved wooden feet. The recalled sorting board is made of plywood and is 16 inches wide and 12 inches high and has the Excellerations™ name and logo on the front in the bottom right corner. A clear plastic cover is attached to the board by rivets and a 4-inch long wand with a magnet in one end is attached to the top of the board by a 13.5-inch plastic cord. The face of the board has one jar-shaped cut-out and six cupcake-shaped cut-outs that are colored red, yellow, blue, green, orange and purple. Beneath the cover are about 60 multi-colored metal balls, each 1 centimeter in diameter. Children use the wand to move the balls around the board through channels from the jar to the cupcakes. The jacket is black with a neon blue stripe diagonal across each shoulder and two neon blue stripes around the bottom of the jacket. The jackets were sold in youth sizes small/petite (s/p) and medium (m). RPZN and the size can be found on the label sewn into the seam of the neck area of the garment.
