The recalled units are beige with serial numbers ranging from 0701009633 through 0804272329. The brand name is located on the unit's front cover. This recall includes the 10 ft. by 20 ft. multi-purpose shelter with "Code Number: L-GZ761PST." The code number is printed on a label sewn into the top of side panels of the canopy fabric. This recall involves NRS "Chaos Side Cut" helmets used for water sports, including rafting, kayaking, stand-up paddling and canoeing. This recall involves CXB Series LED high-bay indoor light fixtures with model numbers CXB-23L-40K-U-1-HC and CXB-23L-40K-U-1-JP. The light fixtures are used in airport, industrial, municipal, and retailer settings, are silver colored, have a tempered glass lens and measure about 16 inches x 18 inches x 7 inches. The affected products can be identified by the manufacturing lot number found underneath the UPC label on the rim of the fixture. The recalled bean bag chairs have two zippers that can be unzipped and opened, including one of the exterior cover and other directly underneath that zipper. The recalled chairs with zippers that open were sold in a variety of sizes, shapes, colors and fabrics. They include round or L-shaped, vinyl or fabric, and are filled with polystyrene foam beads. They were sold in a variety of colors, including purple, violet, blue, red, pink, yellow, Kelly green, black, port, navy, lime, royal blue, turquoise, tangerine and multi-color. The round bean bag chairs were sold in three sizes, 30, 32 and 40 inches in diameter. The L-shaped bean bag chair measures 18 inches wide by 30 inches deep by 30 inches high. This recall includes SolarWorld solar systems installed with bare-copper grounding lugs installed after June 1, 2010. These solar systems use energy from the sun to generate electricity within a system circuit. The installation instructions for SolarWorld solar systems sold after June 1, 2010 called for the use of GBL-4DB lugs for grounding. SolarWorld has revised these installation instructions to explicitly call for tin-coated lugs, specifically Ilsco part number GBL-4DBT. It is a flame activated, dry chemical powder, fire suppression device that mounts over a residential cooktop stove, underneath a microwave oven. This recall involves kayak and watersports storage hangers sold as a pair of blue and black fabric straps that measure approximately 1 inch wide and 84 inches long when unbuckled. The straps include a plastic snap buckle to adjust the length and a plastic-coated steel S-hook attachment for hanging. The bottles stand 6 inches tall, hold 15 ounces of liquid, have white lids that screw off and have fold-up straws and filters that sit inside the straw below the lid. Each bottle bears a Brita logo and features the image of a popular children's cartoon character. The removable plastic wrap on the bottle at time of purchase has the model number BB07 and the following UPC codes: 60258-35883 on the Dora the Explorer, 60258-35914 on the Hello Kitty, 60258-35880 on the SpongeBob Square Pants and 60258-35882 on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The model number and the date of manufacture are printed on a label on the inside of a side panel of the crib. Listed on the label as a "serial number," the following purchase order numbers are included in the recall: H004522, H004546, H004548 or H004777. The cribs have solid wood sideboards and wood rails on the front and back of the crib in varying heights and can convert to a daybed, toddler bed or full-sized bed. There is a storage drawer at the base of the crib with two metal knobs. The recalled cribs were sold in weathered gray and rustic brown, and measure 57 inches long by 33 inches wide by 51 inches high. Read more.

This recall involves model year 2014 Arctic Cat XF 7000 and ZR 7000 and model year 2015 XF 7000 and ZR 7000 snowmobiles. They were sold in a variety of green, black, orange and white color combinations. All XF and ZR 2014 models are included in this recall. Recalled 2015 model vehicles have the last six digits of the vehicle identification number (VIN) in the following ranges: 100920 through 100993 for the XF 7000 models and 100792 through 100919 for the ZR 7000. The fourth and fifth digits of the VIN, "14" or "15," correspond to the model year. The VIN appears on a sticker attached to the chassis near the rider's right foot rest. This recall involves Vornado VH110 Whole Room Vortex electric space heaters sold in two colors, black and white. The heaters measure about 10.5 inches high, 9 inches deep and 10.5 inches at the base growing narrower at the top. The on/off switch and the high/low heat settings are located on top of the unit. The Vornado logo appears with a gray "V" on the front of the unit. Recalled heaters have the numbers 1 and 3 as the fourth and fifth digits of the serial number. Edwards and Interlogix smoke detectors are identical. The 2-wire or 4-wire detectors are round, white and measure 6 inches across by 2 inches high. The smoke detectors were made for professional installation and used primarily in commercial buildings, schools, hotels/motels, apartments, dormitories and homes as part of the fire alarm system. Recalled units have date codes 13084 through 14059 with the first two digits representing the year, for example: 13 for 2013 and 14 for 2014; and the last three digits representing the day of the year, for example: 084 is the 84th day of 2013, which is March 25, 2013. The Fisherman cardigan sweaters are a cable-knit weave with five or six buttons down the front, sold in solid colors: pink, ivory, green, natural, navy, teal and red. The Fisherman sweaters have product numbers printed on the inside back of the neck tag: 283148 (toddlers), 283149 (infants), 284855 (little girls) or 289727 (little girls). The Open Stitch cardigan sweater has one button at the top of the neckline with a crocheted knit pattern sold in blue, light pink, white and yellow with product number 286158 on the back neck tag. The night stands are made of wood, have two drawers, a power strip on the back panel and a 20-watt halogen bulb on the underside of the bottom panel.
