This recall involves the Vitodens 200-W condensing gas boilers used for residential use. These wall-hung units are housed in a white metal box that measures about 43.5 inches tall by 19 inches wide by 21 inches deep. There are two models: B2HB-45 and B2HB-57 included in this recall. The name "Vitodens" and "Viessmann" are printed on the label on the outside of the boiler box. The product name and model number can be found on the boiler rating plate located on the left side of the white boiler cover. The serial number can be found on a separate label under the boiler cover or on the left hand side of the unit. Recalled boilers do not have a blue dot with a handwritten data label on it. This recall involves Smartstove free standing pellet stoves, with model number 55-SHSSP01 and serial numbers ranging from 101 through 2513. The cast iron pellet stove is about 36 inches high, 24 ½ inches wide, 24 inches deep and has a black satin finish. It has an arched glass door on the front with vents above the door. The Smartstove logo appears on the stove's control panel. The model and serial numbers are located on a black plate on the top right hand corner on the back of the stove. Read more.

This recall involves Apple World Travel Adapter Kits and wall plug adapters. The kits contain three-prong and two-prong AC wall plug adapters that fit different electrical outlets worldwide. The recalled adapters were made for use in Australia/New Zealand/Argentina, Brazil, Continental Europe and Korea and were also sold with Mac computers and iOS devices. The wall plug adapters are white plastic with the following characteristics: Australia/New Zealand/Argentina - flat angled blades Brazil - round thin pins Continental Europe - round thin pins, slightly slanted inward Korea - round thick pins Recalled wall plug adapters have either four or five letters or numbers, or no markings on the inside slot where the wall plug adapter attaches to the main power adapter. This recall involves BYA Sports Skyline backyard zipline kits sold in 60-, 75- and 90-foot cable lengths. The kits were sold in camouflage packaging containing a main cable, trolley, short cable, turnbuckle and u-clamps. The following bar codes are found on the bottom left side of the packaging: 7456111220012 (60-ft.), 7456111220029 (75-ft.), and 7456111220036 (90 ft.). The BYA logo and "Skyline (60, 75 or) 90 Zipline Kit" are printed on the front of the packaging. Read more.

This recall involves ENVE Carbon Fiber Road Fork 2.0 Disc 1.25" taper models. The bicycle forks included in this recall have serial numbers beginning with: VCT1406, VCT1410, VCT1411, VCT1501, VCT1502, VCT1503, VCT1505, VCT1506, VCT1507, VCT1508, VCT1509 and VCT1510. This recall involves Crewcuts brand girls' puffer coats in dark wine (maroon), navy (blue), and sun washed peony (pink) colors. The coats are padded with geometric squares with six buttons down the front of the coat. There is a faux fur trim lining the hood and the coats were sold in girls sizes 2-14. Only coats with style number C9048 and PO numbers: 5055794, 5056319, 50565325, 8053606, 8053098 or 8053603 are included in the recall. The style and PO number are printed on a care label sewn into the inside seam of the coats along with "FA 15" or "HO 15." Read more.

This recall involves Eurotech Lume office chairs. The black, mesh mid-back, adjustable chairs have a black base with five wheels. Item number MF2500 and the date of manufacture in YY/MM/DD format are printed on a label located on the underside of the seat. Dates of manufacture included in the recall are between 14/10/08 and 15/10/16. Read more.

This recall involves snowboard boots with the M3v2 secondary reel dials, which are used to adjust the fit at the forefoot and tongue of the boots. This recall involves Amana, Century, Comfort-Aire, Goodman and York International-branded Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps (PTAC), and Amana-branded Room Air Conditioners (RAC). The units are rated 230/208 volt, 3.5 kW and are most often installed through the walls of hotels, motels, apartment buildings and commercial spaces to provide room climate control. The RAC units are installed through the walls or windows of the same types of properties. The recalled units are beige and have serial numbers ranging from 0701009633 through 0804272329. The brand name is located on the unit's front cover. The serial number is located on the label found by lifting the front cover of PTAC units or the grille of RAC units. Additionally, any PTAC and RAC units that have a beige power cord labeled with a four-digit date code in the MMYY format and ending in 06 or 07, or ranging from 0108 through 1808 are included in this recall. This recall involves Ashland® artificial poinsettia flowers sold in single stems and bushes. The poinsettia has red leaves, green stems and gold-colored accents in the center of the leaves. A label affixed to the stem at purchase has SKU number 426830 on the single stem and SKU number 424066 on the bush. The Ashland logo is printed on a sticker attached to the product. Read more.

This recall involves Ashland gift and storage cardboard boxes covered in decorative paper. The boxes were sold in nine themes and have ribbon, burlap and other embellishments. Each of the three shapes of boxes, circle, square and rectangle were sold in three sizes, small, medium and large. This recall includes ZAAZTM high chairs in eight models: HC-07-004 (pewter), HC-07-005 (carbon), HC-07-006 (plum), HC-07-009 (almond), HC-08-004 (pewter), HC-08-005 (carbon), HC-08-006 (plum) and HC-08-009 (almond). ZAAZ and the model number are printed under the high chair seat on a white sticker. These high chairs look like a regular kitchen table chair and have removable trays, arm bars footrests, seat pads and harnesses so that they can convert into toddler chairs. "Nuna" is printed above the footrest of the unit. Read more.

This recall involves all model year 2016 Arctic Cat turbo 9000 snowmobiles. Recalled models include the M 9000, XF 9000, XF9000 Cross Trek and ZR 9000 snowmobiles. The recalled snowmobiles were sold in the colors black, green, orange and white. The model name is on a decal on the top of the chassis between the seat and the rear bumper. The name Arctic Cat is on each side of the snowmobiles. The letter G in the 10th position of the vehicle identification number (VIN) indicates that the unit was made in the 2016 model year. The VIN is stamped into the chassis near the right foot rest. Read more.

This recall involves Pier 1 Imports Capella Island Swivel Dining chairs. The plastic wicker chairs have a natural wood color. The chair measures about 26 inches wide by 26 inches deep and 39 inches high. Read more.

This recall involves Classic Characters' infant knit Elf Booties sold in sizes 6 through 12 months. The SKU number 507665 and style number 28046 are printed on the price tag. The infant booties are green, with red and white trim, and a yellow pompom on the tip of the toe. Read more.

This recall involves Ikea HYBY and LOCK ceiling lamps. The lamps have domed white frosted glass shades and three plastic clips that attach the shade to steel electrical lamp housings. The HYBY has a shade that is 15 inches in diameter and decorated with four opaque concentric lines. The lamp housing holds two light bulbs. The LOCK has a shade that is 10 inches in diameter. The lamp housing holds one light bulb. Type number and the model name of the lamps are on a label attached to the electrical lamp housing. This recall involves KUL small, black portable fan heaters. The KUL logo is printed on the front bottom of the heaters next to the power dial. The fan heater measures about 9 inches long by 5 inches wide by 10.5 inches tall. The fans weigh about two pounds. An adhesive label is on the bottom of the heater with model number "KU39229" and "Date: 0515" in the lower right-hand corner. Read more.

This recall involves a toy excavator and a shovel loader. The remote-controlled plastic toys are orange with black and orange wheels. Both have tracking code 90RWE15 marked on the back of the battery compartment. UPC number 00430000549030 can be found on the bottom of the packaging. Power, Shovel Loader and Super Power are printed on stickers located on the side of the excavator. UPC 00400001622537 can be found on the bottom of the packaging. 6000Kg Peakload, FL-330 Deluxe Crane, and Crane Super Truck are printed on stickers located on the side of the shovel loader. HEAD, the model name, size and "Production Code: Dec. 2014" are printed on stickers that can be found by lifting the lining above the right earpiece. Read more.

The Green Tones 8-note Monkey Glockenspiel is a children's musical instrument with eight metal bars in multiple colors mounted on a wooden base shaped like a monkey. The bars are individually attached to the base with one screw at each end. The second bar from the top is pink, 3.5 inches long and has a "B" stamped on it. This is the bar that needs to be replaced. The Green Tones logo is stamped on the back of the glockenspiel and the tracking number HS0178410914 is printed in black at the bottom. Read more.

This recall involves all Wedgwood Peter Rabbit decorative baby rattles. The silver-plated giftware is shaped like a baby rattle, but is intended to be used as decoration only. It measures about 4 ½ inches long and 2 inches wide. This recall involves Rockwood portable power packs with lithium ion batteries and cables. They are used to charge a variety of electronic devices and car batteries and have a recessed LED flashlight. The power packs have a black plastic cover with "Rockwood" printed in white on the top. They measure about 6 inches long, 3 inches wide and 1 inch tall. This recall involves custom-ordered made-to-measure Serena® and SIVOIA QS TRIATHLON® roller shades with the following model numbers: QSFRJ-S2A13-B; QSFRJ-S2A13-BN; QSFRJ-S2A13-PS; QSFRJ-S2A13-PSN; SYRJ-S2A13-B; SYRJ-S2A13-BN; SYRJ-S2A13-PS; SYRJ-S2A13-PSN; SMR-S2A13; SMR-S2A13-N The model numbers are printed on a white label located on the shade battery rail, the equivalent support backbone for plug-in & manual shades, or on the inside of the shade fabric wrapped head rail or valance (fascia). Affected shades have the following date codes: W45 - Y46. These codes can also be found on the white label on the side of the head rail. The letter represents the year and the number represents that week of the year (W = 2013, X = 2014, Y = 2015). For example, the code Y46 is for the manufacturing week ending on Friday 11/13/2015. The label on affected shades also contains a product family name at the top of the label - either "Serena" or "Sivoia QS Triathlon." This recall involves AC power cords sold with Microsoft Surface Pro, Surface Pro 2 and Surface Pro 3 computers before March 15, 2015. Surface Pro and Surface Pro 2 devices have a black case with the product name on the back of the device toward the bottom. Surface Pro 3 computers have a silver case with "Windows 8 Pro" on the back of the device under the kickstand. This recall also involves accessory power supply units that include an AC power cord sold separately before March 15, 2015. The recalled power cords do not have a 1/8-inch sleeve on the cord on the end that connects to the power supply. Read more.

The recall includes three models of the Dirt Devil Total Pet Cyclonic Upright vacuums, model UD70210, UD70210CA and UD70210RM. The model number and manufacture date code are printed on a silver label on the back side of the vacuum. The vacuums are identical with black, gray and clear housing with red and purple trim. "Total Pet" is printed underneath the Dirt Devil logo in the center of the vacuum. Only vacuums with the first three digits of the four-digit manufacture date code that begin with B14 through I15 are included in the recall. All recalled vacuums were manufactured between February 2014 and September 2015. Read more.

The recall includes the 2015 models of UWATEC Galileo Luna and Sol dive computers. Only dive computers with the following serial numbers are included in the recall. Galileo LUNA dive computers have serial numbers 150422 0058 001 to 150903 0338 005 and Galileo SOL dive computers have serial numbers 150423 0202 001 to 150921 0001 005.
