This recall involves two styles of children's footed pajamas. The first style is a child's 100% cotton one-piece, long-sleeved footed pajama with a zip-up closure starting from above the left ankle. The second style is a child's 100% cotton one-piece, long-sleeved footed pajama with a hood, two front pockets and a zip-up closure starting from the left ankle. The pajamas were sold in a variety of colors and patterns including solids, stripes, plaids, hearts, white snowflakes, yellow moon and white and blue stars, white bunnies and colored Easter eggs. The pajamas were sold in sizes infant large through kids large. Read more.

This recall is for the ILI-MB-E3 and ILI-S-E3 Gamewell-FCI fire alarm panels in commercial buildings. This issue is limited to a specific configuration of Signaling Line Circuit (SLC) devices. To occur, the SLC must include at least two of the following detectors in any combination: Acclimate, 4-Warn, Photo/CO and iFAAST. The issue would occur only if the detectors are addressed within the same FlashScan polling group. Detectors installed in a different combination are not affected. Read more.

This recall involves the Grosfillex Havana commercial side chairs and armless bar stools. They were sold in charcoal, espresso, tobacco and white. The high-backs and seats are covered with woven plastic wicker and have aluminum legs. The side chairs measure about 35 ½ inches tall by 18 ½ inches wide and 22 inches deep. The bar stools measure about 45 ½ inches tall by 20 inches wide by 24 inches deep. Grosfillex and CE # 2194 is molded on the underside of the seat. Read more.

Busy Loops table top toys have orange, green, blue and purple plastic tubing with plastic beads threaded on the tubing that can slide up and down. The tubes sit on a blue plastic base with an orange plastic suction cup. The toy is about 4.5" W x 4.5" L x 7" H. The model number 700470 and lot code FH are printed on the bottom of the blue base. This recall involves KUL small, white portable fan heaters. The KUL logo is printed on the front bottom of the heaters next to the power dial. The fan heater measures about 9 inches long by 5 inches wide by 10.5 inches tall. The fans weigh about two pounds. An adhesive label is on the bottom of the heater with model number "KU39221" and "Date: 0715" in the lower right-hand corner. KUL black units were involved in the previous recall. Read more.

This recall involves Black Diamond 18 mm wide nylon runners that are 60 cm/24 inches or 120 cm/48 inches long that have a tape splice (two cut ends joined by masking tape). The nylon runners were sold in red, blue, gold, green, gray and purple. "CE 0333" and 2014 or 2015 are printed on the sewn-in label. Read more.

This recall involves 16 models of Black Diamond brand carabiners with manufacturing date codes between 4350 and 6018. "Black Diamond" or the Black Diamond logo is printed on the front of the carabiners. The manufacturing date code is printed on the side of the carabiners. All carabiner colors are included in the recall. They were sold individually or as part of a climbing gear set. The battery packs were also sold separately and also installed by Toshiba as part of a repair. Battery packs included in this recall have part numbers that begin with G71C (G71C*******). This recall involves Fiskars Titanium Bypass Lopper shears with model number 6954. The lopper shears have 32-inch dark orange steel handles and black rubber grips with a gray strip. Plastic gears connected to the pruning blades allow the consumers to open and close the pruning blades by moving the handles. "FISKARS" is printed on one handle and product identification information, including model number 6954, is printed on a label on the opposite handle above the barcode. Read more.

The recall includes Specialized Flux and Stix Sport and Comp model bicycle headlights and taillights sold separately as aftermarket equipment. They have rechargeable batteries with USB ports. Flux headlights: Flux headlights have a round, metal mounting system that fits both flat and drop handlebars. "Flux" is printed on the side of the black, rectangular-shaped lights and on the bottom of the pewter-colored aluminum casing. Flux taillights: Flux taillights have a pewter-colored base with a 110-lumen light on the top. They mount on 27.2 mm, 30.9 mm and Venge seat posts. The Specialized logo is printed on top of the taillights. They have a sensor to boost output in flash mode during the daytime. Stix headlights: Stix headlights are black with a 70-lumen light (Stix Sport) or a 105-lumen light (Stix Comp). They mount on handlebars between 22.2 mm and 35 mm in diameter. This recall involves Panasonic six-cell lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery packs sold in Panasonic CF-S10 Series laptop computers. "Panasonic" and "CF-S10" are on the surface of the laptop on the left side below the keyboard. Battery packs with the following model numbers and production lot numbers are being recalled: Model Numbers Lot Numbers CF-VZSU61U BAW, BBX, BC, C1, C2 CF-VZSU61R The model number and lot number are located on the battery pack nameplate. The lamps are brush-finished nickel plated and have a dimmer switch. The floor lamp is 49 inches tall, and the table lamps are 14 or 18 inches tall. "Gothem" and the IKEA logo are printed on the label attached to the underside of each lamp base. Read more.

This recall involves blue CompuTrainer Flywheels manufactured before 2008. The CompuTrainer Flywheels are used to make bicycles stationary for indoor training. The blue flywheel is a die casting made of zinc. It measures 4.75 inches in diameter and weighs 1.1 pounds. Flywheels manufactured after 2008 are silver in color, and are not included in this recall. This recall involves GE Lighting high intensity discharge (HID) LED lamps. The lamps are used in lighting fixtures for warehouses, schools and gymnasiums. The lamps are 5 1/2 inches in diameter by 11 1/2 inches long and weigh about 3 pounds. The lamps were sold in a blue and white carton with "ED37/EX39 base" on the front and "PC:21259" on the back above the bar code. Recalled lamps have the GE logo and the following information on the white plastic base of the lamp: LED165/M400/740, 165W, 4000K, 20000 Lumens, China and date code K213 or K245. Read more.

This recall includes SRAM's Zipp bicycle wheel hubs. The model names of the affected hubs are ZIPP 88v6, 88v7 and 88v8. The Z logo is printed on the hub. The wheel hubs come in black, silver and falcon grey. The diameter of the clinch nut is approximately 1.46 inches. Some of the hubs were sold as part of wheel sets installed on new bicycles. This recalls involves SRAM's Zipp stainless steel or titanium quick releases. They were sold as aftermarket components or as part of the 202 DB V2, 303 DB V2, 404 Firestrike V2, 202 Firecrest V3, 303 Firecrest V3, 404 Firecrest V3, 808 Firecrest V3 or 808 NSW wheel sets. The quick release has a curved, black lever. Zipp appears on the lever. Only quick releases without a marking at the center of the underside of the lever, below the Zipp logo are included on this recall. Read more.

This recall involves gas station hose and swivel fitting sets used with gas station nozzles to dispense or transfer refined fuels such as gasoline, diesel, ethanol blends and biodiesel blends. The sets are made of at least one metal swivel fitting attached to ¾-inch or 1-inch FLEX-ING™ brand FLEX-ON™ Hardwall, Marina and Softwall hoses. The attached hoses were sold in varying lengths. The size in inches and millimeters, and part number 559N or 559NMP are printed on the sidewall of the hoses. Hardwall hoses were sold in the colors black, blue, green, red and yellow, and have "FLEX-ING FLEX-ON HW FR PREMIUM FUEL HOSE BY FRANKLIN FUELING SYSTEMS" printed on the sidewall. Marina hoses were sold in the color green and have "2 BD. STYLE BC MARINA GASOLINE" on the sidewall. Softwall hoses were sold in the color black and have "FLEX-ING FLEX-ON SILVER SW PREMIUM FUEL HOSE BY FRANKLIN FUELING SYSTEMS" on the sidewall. This recall involves Room & Board's Doyle arm chairs and side chairs. The wood chairs were sold with and without an upholstered seat and in five different finishes: Charcoal, cherry, maple, shell and walnut. Each chair has a barcode printed on a label located under the seat on the inside of the seat frame. "Room & Board-Handcrafted in Vermont" is inscribed on the seat frame next to the barcode. This recall involves mesh and solid-material Anchor 5-Star, Anchor Mesh, Classic Solid and Defender Mesh brand custom safety pool covers. The covers' cables are connected to the pool wall using brass-plated snap hooks with a gold-tone spring tab, a seam and a hook end with a bezel. The date of manufacture appears on the warning label on the underside of each pool cover. Manufacture dates of "Sep 14," "Oct 14" and "Nov 14" are subject to the recall. "Manufactured by Anchor Industries, Inc." also appears on the label. Read more.

The recall includes Williamson and Thermoflo furnaces and boilers with Carlin oil burners with an installation date label between April 1, 2015 and November 31, 2015. The installation date is printed on a label on the outside of the furnace or boiler. Recalled furnaces have a Carlin burner inside of the furnace, behind the furnace grate. Recalled boilers have a Carlin burner attached to the outside of the boiler enclosure. "Carlin" is printed in white letters on the face of the burner nameplate. Read more.

This recall involves all model years 2015 and 2016 UXV 450i, UXV 450i LE and UXV 450i Turf models. Recalled utility vehicles come in the colors blue, camouflage, matte black, gold, green, red, blue and black. The model year 2015 recalled vehicles are those units with the last six numbers of the vehicle identification numbers (VIN) between 100101 and 190370. The model year 2016 recalled vehicles are those units with the last six numbers of the vehicle identification numbers (VIN) between 190371 and 260240. The VIN can be found on the frame behind the right front wheel. UXV is printed on each side of the rear cargo box and on the hood. KYMCO is printed on the side panels. Read more.

This recall includes Golda wall clocks. The clocks are round and measure 32 inches in diameter and four inches in depth. The front of the wall clocks is made of glass and has a white background. "Invented in 1698" is printed on the front of the clocks. The numbers printed on the clock and clock hands are printed in a brown antiqued ink. The battery compartment on the back holds one AA battery and four D batteries. "Made in China" and "Made for Z Gallerie" are printed on a label on the back of the clocks. Read more.

The recalled allen + roth Linden and Brainerd Ironton wall plates have two plates that are attached by hidden fasteners: (1) a backplate that screws into the wall like traditional wall plates, and (2) a decorative cover that snaps over the cover through use of spring clips. The recalled plates have a smooth, metallic finish and fit a variety of switch and outlet designs. The recalled decorative wall plates snap onto the backplate without the use of screws. This recall involves Pelican 9410L flashlights equipped with lithium ion battery packs and replacement battery packs. The flashlights are yellow and black. "Pelican 9410L" is printed on the front of the flashlights and on the top of the handle. The recalled flashlights have manufacturer part number 9410-021-245 or 9410-021-110 printed on the packaging. The manufacturer part number for the recalled battery pack is 9413-301-001 and is printed on a label on the battery's shrink wrap. The recalled Ambient Weather radios are red and black and measure about 8 inches wide by 4 inches tall by 2 inches deep. The radios have a black crank handle on the back, an antenna on the top, and LED flashlight on the left side, a clip on the right side and a cable to charge a smart phone.
