Lekker Recalls Patriot Power Generators Due to Fire Hazard; Sold Exclusively Online at 4Patriots.com

The recall involves the 1,500-watt Patriot Power Generators. The generators were sold in black or dark blue with "Patriot Power Generator" printed on the right side of the unit. The recalled generators have serial numbers U14040001 through U14041092 and U14110001 through U14111092 printed on a sticker in the upper right hand corner of the rear panel of the unit. The generators measure about 18 inches long by 10 inches wide by 12 inches tall. Read more.

John Deere Recalls High-Performance Gator Utility Vehicles Due to Fire Hazard (Recall Alert)

This recall involves John Deere High-Performance Gator™ RSX860i TB and RSX860i TE utility vehicles manufactured in June 2016 with serial numbers beginning with 1M0860T. The recalled utility vehicles are four-wheel with side-by-side seating for two people and have a green hood and yellow rims. A complete list of serial numbers included in this recall is on the firm's website. The model number is printed on the hood and John Deere is printed on the cargo box. This recall involves the STUBAI Tour Lite Telescope ice axe. The red and black axe ranges about 20 to 35 inches long with an aluminum head that is 9 inches long and 1 inch wide. "STUBAI" is printed on the top side of the axe above the black gripper. The axe weighs about one pound and can be adjusted from about 23 to 37 inches. This recall involves 1.75 mg and 3.5 mg Zolpidem Tartrate sublingual (rapid dissolve) tablets from Novel Laboratories. The prescription medication is a sleep drug. The packaging for the 1.75 mg tablets has lot number M16140A, 1.75 mg and national drug code (NDC) 43386-762-30. The packaging for the 3.5 mg tablets has lot number M16144A, 3.5mg and national drug code (NDC) 43386-761-30. The Zolpidem Tartrate is packaged as a single tablet in a peel-and-push blister pack inside an outer open-ended pouch with 30 pouches per box. This recall involves rope cocking devices shipped by Crosman Corporation with Centerpoint Sniper 370 crossbows with serial numbers beginning with "015." The serial number is printed on the right side of the crossbow above the trigger. The Centerpoint Sniper 370 crossbow has a camouflaged stock and measures 36.5 inches long. The rope cocking device is a rope with a black plastic "T" shaped handle at each end. A pair of black plastic tabbed hooks are connected to the rope. This recall is for Series 503 Flushmate III Pressure Assist flushing systems installed inside toilet tanks that were manufactured from July 2009 through April 2011. The units are rectangular, black, two-piece vessels made of injection molded plastic. Previously recalled systems were manufactured from October 1997 through June 2009. Recalled units have a date code/serial number that is 16 characters long and is located on the label on the top of the Flushmate III. The first six numerals of the serial number are the date code. The date code range for units included in this recall in MMDDYY format is 070109 (July 1, 2009) through 043011 (April 30, 2011). The date code range for previously recalled systems in MMDDYY format was 101497 (October 14, 1997) through 063009 (June 30, 2009). Boscov's Recalls Self-Balancing Scooters/Hoverboards Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves Orbit brand self-balancing scooters, commonly referred to as hoverboards, that were sold by Boscov's. Hoverboards have two wheels at either end of a platform and are powered by lithium-ion battery packs. Winco Fireworks Recalls Black Cat Cone Fountains Due to Fire Hazard

This recall involves Black Cat Glitter fountain cones sold in packages of three. The cones have model number BC269 printed on the bottom of the packaging. The cone-shaped fireworks devices are approximately 6 inches tall and have the Black Cat logo on the packaging. The words "Crackling Glitter," "Colorful Glitter" or "Gold Glitter" is printed in black type on the front of the cone. Read more.
