June 15, 2017 iFashioning Recalls Women's Scarves Due to Violation of Federal Flammability Standard; Sold Exclusively on Amazon.com (Recall Alert)

This recall includes iFashioning women's fashion scarves. On Amazon.com the scarves were advertised as "iF Silk Elegant Fashion 100% Silk Scarf." The recalled scarves measure about 64 inches long by 19 inches wide. The scarves were sold in the following colors and patterns: Blackblue, Blackpink, Blackwhite, Blossom-Beige Red, Coffee, Colorful Poppies-Blue Beige, Leaves-Purplesilver, Paisley-Blackreds, Purple, Romantic Bouquet-Salmon Pink and Rose-Purpleblack. June 6, 2017 Lila + Hayes Recalls Children's Playwear Due to Choking Hazard

The recall includes Benton and Eloise pima cotton, sleeveless, bubble playwear. The Benton style was sold in navy, white, light blue and blue and green ticking stripes. The Eloise style was sold in navy, white, pink and blue and green floral. The garment has a snap closure at the bottom and crisscross straps that button over the shoulders on the front of the garment. The Benton style was sold in boys sizes NB, 0-24 months, 2T and 3T. The Eloise was sold in girls sizes NB, 0-24 months, 2T and 3T. The manufacture dates codes for December 2016 (DEC16) and February 2016 (FEB16) are printed on the inside garment tag located inside the seam. "Lila + Hayes" and the garment size are printed on the inside of the back of the garment. Read more.


April 26, 2017 Women's Sweaters Recalled by FatFace Due to Violation of Federal Flammability Standard

This recall involves two styles of FatFace women's sweaters: overhead Cowes (style number 918043) and zip-up (style number 918041). The style numbers are printed on a care label on the inside seam of the sweaters. The Overhead Cowes sweater is 97 percent cotton and 3 percent polyester sold in ivory. This sweater has a 3.5-inch cowl or funnel neckline that can be tightened or loosened by the drawstring located at the center front of the neckline. These sweaters also have a kangaroo-style pocket located at the bottom front of the sweater. The zip-up sweater is 97 percent cotton and 3 percent polyester with a Yarmouth textured zip-up sweater. It sold in ivory, ocean surf (green) and lilac ice (lavender) colors. The sweater has a hood that can be tightened and loosened with a drawstring. The sweater has a silver metal zipper extending from the neckline to the bottom of the sweaters with two pockets on each side of the zipper. Read more.


March 14, 2017 LIVLY Recalls Children's Sleepwear Due to Violation of Federal Flammability Standard

This recall involves children's robes and two-piece pajama sets. The recalled two-piece sets are a long-sleeve top and pants and have a sewn-in side fabric label that has "LIVLY," "www.livlyclothing.com" and RN number 146214 printed on it. The two-piece sets also have a printed label with "LIVLY" on the back of the neck and at the back of the pants. The recalled robes have a chest pocket on the left side with the word "Mini" embroidered on it, two pockets at the bottom and one snap-closure on the right side above the abdomen for closure. A belt is attached to the center back of the robe and an outline of a sleeping face is embroidered on the back of the robe. A fabric label with "LIVLY" and the size is sewn on the inside of the neck of the robe. This recall involves the Starting Out Baby Girls 3-24 Months Faux-Fur Hooded Bear Coat with style numbers F64CI801I and F64CI801N. The coat is labeled for children aged 3-24 months and has metal snap closures. It is an ivory faux fur coat with animal ears on the hood. January 4, 2017 Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Recalls Minnie and Mickey Mouse Infant Hoodie Sweatshirts Due to Choking Hazard

This recall involves Minnie and Mickey Mouse infant hoodie sweatshirts with a three-snap closure. The garments are cotton and polyester blend. They were sold in four sizes: 6M, 12M, 18M and 24M. The size and "Disney Parks" are printed on the inside back of the hoodie's neck. The Minnie Mouse hoodie is black with ears attached to hood of the sweatshirt. A red fabric bow with white polka dots is attached to the top of the hood, between the ears. The artwork shows a screen print of Minnie's body up to neck. This recall involves two styles of infant one-piece bodysuits with a three snap button closure. The garments are 100 percent cotton. The Darth Vader Infant Bodysuits were sold in five sizes: 3M, 6M, 12M, 18M and 24M. The garment has a gray body with black sleeves and trim. The artwork on the front of the bodysuit shows an infant Darth Vader holding a light saber with the text: "If you only knew the power of THE DARK SIDE." The Disneyland 60th Infant Bodysuits have a light blue body with royal blue sleeves and trim. The artwork on the front of the bodysuit includes Mickey Mouse, Goofy, Donald Duck and Pluto in front of the Disneyland Castle. This recall involves Kids Korner brand boy's, girl's and toddler's cotton/poly blend fleece zipper hooded sweatshirts with a front zipper, two front pockets and knit ribbing around the wrists and waist. The sweatshirts were sold in 62 different prints and solid colors in infant, toddler to children's size 4. The size can be found on a label sewn into the back seam of the neck. A white label sewn into the lower left inside seam reads Inter-American Products, Lahore, Pakistan and has style number ending in 8025, 8025P, 8128, 8128P, 8174P, 8251, 8326 or 8326P. Also on the label are the following manufacture dates: March 2014, April 2014, June 2014 or November 2014 and batch numbers: 1, FLC-P5, FLC-P6 or FLC-P8.
