The recalled product is a two-piece coordinated set with fleece hoodie and t-shirt. They were sold in red/white, gray/red, and black/blue color combinations and in assorted sizes from 12M to 5T. October 4, 2012 Pink Angel Embroidered Girls' Denim Shorts Recalled by Buy Buy Baby Due to Choking Hazard

This recall involves “Pink Angel” branded embroidered denim shorts for girl infants and toddlers in sizes 12M to 4T. The shorts come with a bright pink lace belt and feature two embroidered butterflies on the left front panel with decorative studs attached to the front and rear pockets. June 28, 2012 Children's Lounge Pants and Boxers Recalled by Rigo International Due to Violation of Federal Flammability Standard

The recalled items are Academy pull-on lounge pants for boys and girls, and boxers for girls. The garments are made of 100 percent cotton and have elastic or fabric waistbands. The pants and boxers have a variety of colors and print designs, including guitars, bikes, skates, footballs, baseballs, softballs, soccer balls, volleyballs, deer, zebra, horses, penguins and leopards. Some clothing may have the words “cheer,” “champs,” “soccer stars,” “peaceful,” “dance” or “perfect 10” printed on them. June 28, 2011 Topson Downs of California Recalls Women's Dresses Due to Violation of Federal Flammability Standard; Sold Exclusively at Macy's

The dress is a Bar III brand dress, and is fully lined with a sheer rayon outer layer. There is a white label with "Bar III" written in black on the inside back of the dress. The dress has a checkered, multi-colored, and black pattern called "Mint Chili Combo" and was sold in five adult sizes, ranging from extra small to extra large. Read more.


June 15, 2011 Emma's Garden Polka-Dot Girls' Dresses Recalled by TJX Due to Choking Hazard

This recall involves the Emma’s Garden® polka-dot dresses. The girls’ dresses in sizes 12 months to 5T were sold in black and white and pink and white. This recall involves girl's tops and dresses sold in sizes small to extra large and 7 to 16. The garments were sold in various styles including: tops with beaded necklaces attached to the collar and tops with metallic beads attached to the collar. This recall involves "Baby Phat" branded jeans for toddlers in sizes 2T to 4T. Style number BM02545 can be found on a label sewn in the rear waistband. The rear pockets have colored rhinestones and sequins attached and the right rear pocket has an appliqué of a cat below the sequins. Read more.

January 11, 2011 Men's Sherpa Shirts Recalled by Foria International Due to Violation of Federal Flammability Standard

The recalled men's pullover Sherpa shirts have a four-snap placket and long sleeves with rib-knit cuffs. The shirts are made from 80 percent cotton and 20 percent polyester blend brushed Sherpa fleece in olive and burgundy.
